During our stop they had Congee (think Chinese rice porridge), Hong Kong Waffle, and lastly Shanghai Omelette. I went with the omelette that had Chinese sausage, carrots, onions with a Chinese bbq sauce and some other finishing touches with a side of rice and wonton instead of toast. Was such a unique dish but tasted phenomenal, glad I got to try it! My wife then went with their Carnitas Omelette with a few substitutions to avoid any heat but was blown away by it. She had never really thought about having carnitas for breakfast but enjoyed every bite. The hollindaise sauce on top was the perfect touch!
