The cafe is in two parts - when you enter, there is a counter to order at and various store items available for purchase. After ordering and receiving your drink, you can go through a narrow hallway to a larger seating area. There is a good amount of seating, but it can sometimes get busy. I have worked from this cafe before and I'd say it may be better to work alone than work with friends if you're going here since some of the tables are a little small and will be tight with two laptops. Service is very quick and the workers are very friendly. The drink pickup can be a little awkward since you pickup where you ordered and sometimes there's a line of people you have to sort of go through but I've never found it to be too much of a problem.

All the workers are very friendly and happy to answer questions. I especially liked that you can get bakery items heated up (definitely do this for the cinnamon rolls!) There is a ton of seating and it's never hard to find a table. There are tables for groups of all sizes and very comfortable booths. It's generally quiet since there is so much seating and people spread out, so it's a lovely place to work remote for the day.
