Looking for a breakfast in the Berwick/Somersworth area this looked the most promising. Rave reviews along with a menu that has classic dishes but also showcases unique dishes from around the world. They have repurposed an old railroad station building that brings a unique charm to your breakfast/lunch. My wife and I both appreciated the overall vibes! We had free range of selecting a table and service was friendly and quick with zero complaints. Like I said they have plenty of common dishes you'd expect like French toast, omelettes, Benedict's and more. Alongside their menu they include weekly specials and these were the dishes that really caught my eye for their uniqueness! During our stop they had Congee (think Chinese rice porridge), Hong Kong Waffle, and lastly Shanghai Omelette. I went with the omelette that had Chinese sausage, carrots, onions with a Chinese bbq sauce and some other finishing touches with a side of rice and wonton instead of toast. Was such a unique dish but tasted phenomenal, glad I got to try it! My wife then went with their Carnitas Omelette with a few substitutions to avoid any heat but was blown away by it. She had never really thought about having carnitas for breakfast but enjoyed every bite. The hollindaise sauce on top was the perfect touch! If you find yourself in this area I highly recommend checking out this spot! I thought thisvwas such a cool location for a restaurant. Its a beautiful old train station which has lots of windows and a very open and relaxed feel. The staff was friendly and the coffee was pretty good. I ordered coco loco french toast (french toast with toasted coconut and whipped cream) and i loved that it was the drier style rather than custard. It was very good and I didn't need syrup at all. I also ordered a side of bacon. For me it was 3 and a half stars. Hubs had pancakes with eggs and sausage. He said the pancakes had no flavor and I tasted them and had to agree. His eggs were fine and sausage ok. So for him it was three stars. We decided to go with 3 total stars on this one because if you're going to call yourself a breakfast place you need to nail the pancakes. Overall not bad and not great. This lovely little cafe in an old train station is definitely one to visit. I had the Moldovian breakfast, which included eggs, polenta, sausage, and bbq shredded meat. The pancakes were also excellent. Service was just one waitress who was helpful and prompt. Coffee was also excllent. read more

Phenomenal breakfast in an old train station in a small town in Maine. I'm a strong believer that things happen for a reason. My mom and I had gone out and searched for a restaurant and somehow we drove past the place two times. Getting hungry and tired of driving in circles, we looked for another place. Yelp reviews brought us to the Breakfast Station. Parking appeared to be street only so we circled the block and found a spot on a one-way street not too far from the building. As we walked up, we could see that there was a Greek restaurant at the back of the building and the smells coming from the Breakfast Station were very welcoming. It looked interesting and promising. We waited a minute to be seated, but were shown to a table in front of a large fireplace. It was cool enough for me that if that fireplace was working, I would've been very happy. It was hard to decide what to pick for breakfast because I wasn't sure when we'd be able to get back. Mom was having the same problem deciding, so we choseon the Rustic Tofu Bowl and the Rustic Moldavian Breakfast and we split side of the hash. Everything tasted amazing. Mom is seeing lots of people getting orders of home fries so decided to order some at the end of the meal. They weren't cooked like she was used to, but she was very impressed with them. read more

My husband and I visited Breakfast Station this morning , and although we ran into an accessibility challenge when we arrived -- the front door had about a 2-inch lip that made it difficult for his motorized wheelchair -- the experience turned out to be wonderful. We let our waitress know that we couldn't sit inside due to the step, and she was kind and understanding, offering outdoor seating. What truly impressed us, though, was the owner's response. He came out personally, apologized sincerely, and showed real concern. Right there, he started looking on Amazon for a portable ramp so that his restaurant could be accessible to everyone. That level of awareness and willingness to make a change meant so much to us. It's not just about accessibility -- it's about people's attitudes, and his was incredible. And as for the food -- absolutely amazing! I had the Moldavian breakfast, which was delicious, generous in portion, and very fairly priced. We'll definitely be back, and we're so grateful to see a local business take accessibility and inclusion to heart. read more

Walked into this cute old train station looking building on a crisp fall day for a smashing hot breakfast. Large glass of ice water with black tea up quick. The veggie Benny took a bit but that was because a party 16 beat in so that is fine. Don't you love it when the meal comes out hot, perfectly cooked poached eggs, made from scratch hollandaise..with fresh veggies of onions spinach and tomatoes...and fresh herbs. My only down side was the honefries a bit square and pre cooked, but they were done well and tasty. Loved the breakfast, the place, and the people. Thank you for the meal. read more

Full discloser, I am not a breakfast person and do not live in the area. I had the best vegetable eggs Benedict ever, hollandaise sauce was perfection, ordered a side of the hash and it was amazing. If I were a local I would come here frequently specifically for breakfast (again breakfast not my fav meal). A few days later we had the opportunity to try the pulled pork sandwich and it was off the charts. This establishment shows that the chef/owner really cares about the products he puts out. I remember when it was the old depot back in the day. I was visiting family and was walking my dog and smelling the wonderful food cooking I had to stop in. They have an outdoor patio, which is dog friendly. Every staff member I met plus the owner were extremely nice. I give 100% on the service. I tried the Moldavian breakfast and I did not disappoint.
