Our male server Burak was very attentive, professional, and very friendly. We ordered the Lavash with the mixed appetizer - tabouli, Mediterranean salsa, hummus, and Haydari. Chicken and Beef Kabobs as our entrees. Their signature cocktail Istanbul Peach Martini and a glass of Autorotas Sauvignon Blanc. As always the Lavash was amazing as was the Kabobs. They got the beef kabob and shrimp sauté. All excellent. I preferred the pistachio baklava. The Turkish cookies were tasty - a bit too sweet for me. It is in the old train station on the border of Maine and NH. The lighting is comfy and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The time between the meal and dessert was a bit delayed as our server seemed to forget about us. The first time I went there I ordered the falafel wrap -delish!
