On vacation and stopped for a coffee, what a disappointment. I initially got their specialty…read moreblueberry cobbler latte. It was the worst coffee I've ever had in my life and it tasted rancid. When I went back in to switch it out for something else, the employee gave me a hard time and said it was "probably just my taste buds". She did switch it out for a caramel latte but that was also gross and I didn't drink any of it. My mom got a small caramel iced latte, not good either. Could barely taste the espresso or caramel, mostly just milk. My dad got a hot caramel latte, it was fine but same problems as the iced. We also got an apple fritter donut- it was fine but didn't taste like apple nor had any apple in it. Would never come here again and wouldn't recommend, save your money and go to Dunkin instead lol.

It's a local favorite spot. I tried a couple of their breakfast sandwiches, which were decent overall, but what stood out to me were the hashbrowns. Crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned, they ended up being my favorite part of the meal. One of my sandwiches came on a jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, and it was surprisingly really good. The bagel had just the right kick of spice, and the cream cheese added a nice extra layer of flavor. Overall, it's a cozy café with some solid breakfast options. I'd come back for the hashbrowns (and maybe another jalapeño bagel sandwich with that cream cheese).

The building is very low key with minimal signage and a regular solid entrance door. The place was redone and unrecognizable from its predecessor old school restaurant. The wood flooring from before still remains The dining area feels less cluttered with no more sofa & coffee table, less decor and no TV on the front wall. There are new tables and chairs and an updated counter area. The patio area is currently closed. The menu offerings include a variety of bowls, sandwiches, most dishes with hummus and tahini, plus baked goods including gunion flatbread, sweet poppy seed bun, soomsoom bun, & cinna-babka. I stopped by Mana Kitchen over the weekend. I was greeted as I walked in and had an idea what I wanted to order since there's a framed menu posted by the outside front door. I ordered the Chucky Khan ($21 plus tax) without the tahini sauce (they substitute lemon juice). My food was ready to go in 5 minutes after ordering and paying. The Chucky Khan entree was an excellent choice! This dish had very tender slow roasted beef in a sweet spicy sauce, which had great flavors, served with coconut white rice topped with sesame seeds, red cabbage, and Jerusalem salad with diced marinated cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, peppers & herbs. I thoroughly enjoyed this tasty dish!
