Totally different experience than before. The person I assume was the manager seemed unorganized and frazzled. Drive thru was many cars deep, and our vehicle wouldn't have fit through so we went in. Most meals were wrong. People kept telling manager she forgot something or this wasn't theirs, etc. Door Dash meals seemed to really throw them. Soda machine was out of many flavors/items. Not sure if the one for drive thru was but inside had maybe half of the options. Bathroom to wash our hands. Disgusting. It was after 2 on a Saturday. Didn't expect so many people at that time. Clearly their visible staff of 5 didn't either. Not a well oiled machine. Our food was fine. It just took 30 minutes to get chicken sandwich and fries. read more

Had great customer service. The man at the window was concise and straight forward. Apologized for the order taking a few minutes to complete. Which I appreciated. When I got home with the food, it was exactly as ordered. But the pretzel double burger tasted like floor cleaner and the garlic fries were essentially seasoned with Italian dressing. $30 later, and I'm never using Wendy's as a second option again. It's fast food. But seriously we went in the drive through and ordered 3 chicken tender combos. When we pulled up to the window only our drinks were ready, they told us to wait 5 minutes and they would bring our combos out to us. We waited probably 10 minutes, had to go inside and ask for our food, it seemed they forgot about bringing it out for us. Super slow service will not be stopping at this location again. read more

When I talked to the manager, a short woman with rotted teeth, she could care less if the app worked or not. I've been going here for years. I went in today and got baconator fries, i opened the container. A spider is sitting right on the fries and it smelt like burnt bacon. I've never had issues here before. The manager continues to yell at me that the spider didn't come from there, but it did. She argued with my boyfriend and i about wether we deserve a refund, but we were calm and she was getting all angry and mad. read more

Soda hadn't had the syrup changed out forever.. mostly carbonated water. Fries were old and stale. Drive thew line was piled up for much much longer than usual, even for a Friday night. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's, I ordered $51 worth of food last night and every single meal was wrong. I walked 2.5 miles just to get there to get food and they won't refund my purchase instead they want to give me $20 worth of food for the $51 I purchased. The lettuce they put on my sandwich was brown and soggy there were no onions or pickles and there was supposed to be. Plus they were extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my family. While out running errands, I decided to pick up dinner on the way home via a mobile order. I placed my order and drove to pick it up. I pulled into the parking lot and marked that I was there for the pick up. I went to the door to go in and the doors were locked. No sign on the door as to what to do. I decided to call the restaurant and see what to do. I was quite rudely told by the manager that I need to go thru the drive thru line which is two cars deep and almost out to the street. This defeats the whole purpose of ordering online. She begrudgingly took the name on the order and I squeezed into the line to pick up my order. 20 minutes later I got to the window and again had to give my name to pick up the order even though I was told that I was being put in the queue. The food was lukewarm at best. I understand that they are short staffed but a sign on the door and a receptive manager would have gone a long way. read more
