Perfectly pleasant service when I stopped in at 3:15 on a weekday, but the basic 'spicy" chicken I ordered to go was a soggy, limp piece of fowl. I should have been suspicious, not naively pleasantly surprised, when my order was immediately handed to me -- they must keep a stack of the things handy in a steamer, ready to go. Breakfast is back! The biscuits are always fresh, the chicken is a smaller portion than what you'd get for lunch or dinner, but sometimes it's REALLY small, or very very thin. Impeccable service, always friendly and prompt. We love it here. read more

I don't get the hype. It was a basic chicken sandwich, nothing fancy. I would rather pay a little less for fewer calories at McD or KFC or even Wendy's. It was very clean and well staffed but otherwise seemed like a pretentious spot serving fast food sold elsewhere for less. Three stars for the food, not the location. I ordered via mobile app ordering. I used the mobile order pickup drive thru lane. Everything is very user friendly as long as you follow the directions provided. Scan the QR code when you get there in line and your food is ready very shortly. The drive up assistants are very friendly and willing to go back and grab any extras needed. My wait time in line was at most 3-4 minutes and I was sixth in line at 4pm on a Friday. My only criticism would be an option during ordering for "crispy or well done" for fries or toasted buns. read more

Whether you use the app, go inside or wait in the drive through, they're quick. Very nice staff. There's one drive through to order and one drive through if you ordered on the mobile app. Food is great, as usual. I love using the app so I can take my time and order what I want before arriving. 5 stars for staff, ambiance, environment, service, care, cleanliness... Everything!! A little pricey, especially for the quality, but decently delicious, and what I most appreciate, NO OTHER RESTAURANT DOES THIS: I get the grilled chicken menu, as opposed to the crispy (VAST health ingredient differences: NO, ChicFilA is NOT inherently healthy), and I sub out the gross whole wheat roll thing for the normal bun, AND they gave me the $ difference back, because I downgraded!! WHAT!!!! Astounding!!! The price/quality of food is my main disappointment, this establishment begs just so more to be delivered, since everything else is so stellar. The milkshakes are INCREDIBLE, but for over $5, I DO expect it to be a normal size, not so tiny. And I have a hard time justifying a meal purchase, because the amount of fries is so little. Normally with these prices, I would expect bigger portions or to trust that there aren't bad ingredients, which there totally are. I think all of this is why they can afford to pay their employees as much as they do! That being said, you could easily spend dumb money on a wayyyyyy wayyyy worse establishment, so ChicFilA is 100% the best option, at least in this area - for needing food when out and about in a pinch, this is definitely my go-to, with those things in mind!! read more

Finally got to go and find out about the hype. First off, the service was extremely friendly and efficient. I went inside to order since I was not familiar with their menu. There was only a very short line and it moved very fast. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and nuggets. The sandwich chicken quality was okay with an overly strong (artificial?) charcoal flavor. The serving size was miniscule when considering the price. The "grilled nuggets" were about 7-8 tiny morsels of chargrilled stringy chicken - definitely NOT worth the almost $7 they charged. My soda was what I ordered, but the cup was not filled. I ordered a large and I had a large cup that was a bit more than 3/4 full. I don't t understand the hype and I will not be back. read more

I'm a recovering vegetarian. I don't even like chicken, but I have been to the Newington location twice since they opened for that Honey Pimiento Pepper Sandwich. Delicious, fresh, flavorful, well-made. I get it with the kale salad so I can feel slightly better about myself, but the waffle fries are damn good too, and I especially appreciate the individual plastic Heinz ketchup packets I can dunk a fry in. Nice touch. Don't be intimidated by the cars encircling the lot or the long lines; they're a well-oiled machine and you will get in and out of there quickly. You should go. read more

Both my spicy chicken sandwich and my wife's pimento chicken sandwich had stringy, chewy chicken, which I believe means that it is on inferior quality. I also purchased fries, and plain chicken nuggets. Both were cold, and, for lack of a better term, soggy. In addition, when my wife opened the nuggets box she actually laughed. Inside were five bits of what was supposed to be chicken, about the size of a quarter. Absolutely no reason to return to this place. read more

Great sandwich. Excellent piece of chicken cooked just right. I like the spicy chicken, but it is hard to beat the down-home taste of the original chicken. I also recommend the cool wrap. In Newington it is all new, but there was good service with a smile. read more

over all the hype we've heard about chick-fil-a over the years we were in Newington NH and we were really looking forward to going there. They were pretty busy but the line moved along well, the menu boards were difficult to read. In any case they brought to order to the table our initial thought was 'boy these boxes look pretty small, the contents confirmed that they were also. The fries were cool and soggy and tasted like they just came out of the microwave I've tasted better nuggets from the Market Basket freezer, and the stops were overcooked and chewey. Needless to say our expectations were not met. We will stick with their compition. Later Someone told us they were the same cult owners as Hobby Lobby. read more
