It's local, organic and delicious. We got seasonal pumpkin spice bowl. It was fresh and very tasty. We sat outside at the cute outdoor sitting area. Everyone was friendly and it was very quick wait for our bowl. I would definitely come back.

BATHROOM REVIEW: (Don't judge me, everybody poops) Ok smoothies are not my thing but my friend really wanted one, so I USED THE BATHROOM. it was a single stall. Hallelujah. It was quite clean and spacious, so even the most anxious of bathroom users could be at peace. The toilet paper was facing the right direction, informing me that the shop is run by humans and not our android overlords. The hand soap was great- nothing like excellent hand soap. Sadly, there was only an air dryer. What if I spill smoothie on me? Plus air dryers spread germs everywhere, and I had to touch the door handle to leave without paper protection. A 4 star bathroom. (Don't judge me.)

Love this place! So cute, the food is organic and delicious and the staff is very nice. Great options for vegetarians/vegans for lunch items as well as the breakfast. Best part of my experience here in Portsmouth. Give it a try for sure!

I was looking for a healthy, organic breakfast... and I found it! When I went inside, a girl was cleaning the fresh strawberries with a soft brush under water. I took the coconut acai bowl, which was perfect and tasted amazing! It even got me full for 5 hours!

I was sooo happy to see there was a healthy little juice shop right by my hotel! They have a great selection! It probably took me 15 minutes just to choose which drink I wanted. My juice was probably one of the best juices I've ever gotten! I would definitely try their salads or wraps! They had something for everyone- vegetarian, vegan, and meat eaters!

The inside the fresh press is so pretty and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is amazing, all of the bowls looked great, and the one I had was delicious. (I think it was the power bowl) My mom got a salad, which she loved. There were flowers on all the tables which was very pretty, and the food came out very quickly, even though it was made to order, which again was very nice! 10/10 would recommend.

Yum! Yum! Chicken salad!…read more Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and the place had plenty of seating. We decided to dine in their nice patio area because it was such a nice day out. Everything on their menu looked delicious and I couldn't decide between a burger or a sandwich. The nice waiter recommended their chicken salad and since I was already looking at that sandwich it made my choice easier. My bf got their Cuban sandwich and since neither entrees came with fries we decided to share an order of their thick cut fries. They also have a variety of beers on tap and canned beverages. I went with one of their local draft dark beers and it was very good. When the food came out it looked very appetizing. Their house coleslaw was extra delicious and super crunchy. The chicken salad tasted great and it was very well seasoned and I really loved the big chunks of chicken! The Cuban sandwich was also very good from the one bite I stole from my boyfriend. And the fries were soooo good! I was a perfect lunch date!

For a reasonable price, the sandwiches are massive and stuffed to the edge with the most fresh, cohesive ingredients around! For how quick it was made, the meal still seemed to be created with lots of care. I certainly recommend the turkey avocado (although i wish it had slightly more turkey)- the bread is crisp, the avocado creamy, the turkey tender, and everything else complimentary and super fresh! As for the vibes, both inside and outside, they were lovely! As I had my dog with me, I was able to enjoy the fresh sunshine and relax with a beautiful view (albeit the street gets a little busy). However, I would have also loved to sit in their quiet yet social interior which was filled with good smells and great energy! I'd also like to mention the amazing service! Their workers are super fast and helpful. I actually initially placed my order online to the wrong location, reordered at the new one, and submitted a refund request (despite it being against their policy bc you never know), and was met with a speedy response that was understanding and gave me an immediate refund, no questions asked! This experience brightened an already great trip to Portsmouth and an already delicious meal! I cant recommend this business enough if you want a satisfyingly delicious comfort meal in the heart of an adorable town! Definitely give it a try!

My choice was "Waffle Be Here Forever" which was an apple Belgian waffle, topped with fried apples, blueberry granola, whipped cream, and caramel. it was soooooo good and I'd definitely order it again. Also from the Noah Kahan menu, we ordered pumpkin pancakes, which were so fluffy and flavorful. Another win on the menu! Decor in the Friendly Toast is really fun with the walls collaged with nostalgic art. I also liked the Busyhead Project Community wall towards the back of the restaurant which featured written reflections on mental health prompts that were then posted on the wall.

I decided to make a reservation to take advantage of their special promotion during Restaurant Week. I made a reservation through Open Table and our table was ready when we arrived. Place is small but tables are well spaced to allow for privacy. We were presented with their restaurant week menu as well as a limited regular menu for add-ons. Our order was taken in a timely manner and with a smile. I started with the coconut carrot ginger soup for my starter. I added a grilled bread basket with butter as it is not included with your meal and I like bread with my soup. The soup was a decent soup and the bread was slight charred in places. As for my main course, I went with the braised short ribs served with polenta and roasted root vegetables. The red wine demi glace was good and the root vegetables were inconsistently roasted as some were a little too hard and some mushy. Short ribs were not consistently seasoned as I got salty in some bites and well seasoned in others. I was disappointed that my short ribs were stringy as well and that was not what I expected. The dessert was an apple tart. The shell was somewhat hard and difficult to cut into with the spoon provided. Flavors were good. My overall experience was that it was just ok but nothing stood out to me as out of the ordinary or special about it. So go if you want to and maybe your experience will be better than mine.
