I'm not sure what I'll get next time, but I know this bakery is a recipe for something great about our country. The cold brew had a house made pumpkin syrup, vanilla, vanilla cold foam, & cinnamon. The pumpkin syrup was excellent and provided strong flavor without overtaking the coffee. The other flavors of the drink played off of it nicely. The oatmeal cookie latte had marshmallow fluff, caramel sauce, toasted marshmallow syrup, an oat milk base, and an oatmeal cookie garnish. I think the oat milk just thinned it out a bit and softened the other flavors. I've noticed oat milk lattes often hit me a bit weaker in flavor. It was tasty still, I just thought the Harvest Moon cold brew was a stronger special. Super friendly and helpful staff. I needed help deciding on my second drink, and they were great and happy to help! The trailer is always in front of Bell Farm Shops, and it's a pretty environment. There are always cute decorations from the shop outside. I would highly recommend a visit to Nectar Cafe.
