I'm baaaaack, and I'm still super duper pleased with the crullers at Lil's Cafe. My memory might be foggy since my last visit was 2018, but I believe there are more cruller flavors now? If you see blueberry glazed (or another fruity glazed), order it ASAP. Next to the original glaze, they're my favorite, as they cut the sweetness just a bit compared to the maple glazed, which adds even more sweetness. Also, there's a good chance you'll wait in line--even on a weekday--but it's worth it, I promise. I don't know who makes a better cruller in the US.

Crullers are crazy good!!!! Come here and get them ASAP! We came back to back because they are that good. They are light and airy on the inside, with the perfect level of sweetness. They are very fresh and cooked to perfection! $4 each with a variety of flavors to choose from. I got one of their Greek salads, which was super fresh as well. It did not have too flavor though. My husband got a BLT. The sandwiches are premade and wrapped to quickly grab and go. The issue with this is that it gets very soggy. The sourdough on the BLT was mushy and unappetizing. Both the salad and sandwich were roughly $12-13 each. Lattes can be hit or miss. I got a maple latte the first visit, which was good. The next time, my matcha latte was not mixed well, and I couldn't taste the vanilla I requested. There is always a line, but it moves pretty quick. Plus it gives you time to decide on what you want. Workers are generally nice and helpful. There are seats inside and outside.

I stumbled upon Lil's crullers at work today. I've never heard of Lil's Cafe until today. Let me tell you - this cruller was amazing. When you Google cruller - it should show Lil's crullers. These are so light and airy and delicious.

LOVE it here! Everything I've had is amazing, but most especially the crullers!! I've also enjoyed their sandwiches, coffees, and other pastries.

I can't believe the locals let us come here! I'd keep a GEM like this secret. I have never in my life, tasted such a good flaky, warm, toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. Everything is made in house. You never had such a melt-in your-mouth cruller in your life. We came in fall, so I thought I had to try the apple cider, but we also got a maple and I have to say the maple was my favorite. All the syrups are made in house so I also tried the maple latte and honestly between our party of four, think we bought about nine different pastries so we can sample and share them all and everything was incredible. The pregnant lady sitting beside us at another table finally just had to smile and laugh because we enjoyed everything so vocally! There's a reason she comes here every day! It's soooooooooo good. This is the highest review I've ever been able to give.

Cutie pastry and coffee spot. Line was enormous on a Saturday and took about 45 minutes. The latte was okay but tbh I would skip it. The maple Cruller was great but did not have a strong maple taste. Still great texture and very tasty.

Soooo good, friendly and quick service. Their BLT is so fresh and delicious and the pistachio cruffin is TO DIE FOR.

My husband and I stopped by Lil's in Kittery, Maine, and I could tell it's a very popular spot among Kittery locals. It's is a cozy spot with an inviting atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, with a beautiful spread of freshly baked breads and pastries. I ordered a vanilla latte and a raspberry cream cheese danish, and both were absolutely delightful. If you're in the area, Lil's is definitely worth a visit for its quality offerings and charming ambiance!

Yummy sweet treats. Drive from Boston to Maine just to visit this place. Had coffee, cruller, bagel with avocado and a sausage and jalapeño bread with cheese.

    Excuse the snap stuff ha!

What an adorable place! Lil's Cafe is nestled in a small shopping district of Kittery, Maine. I used to can beer down the road from here and the first time I went, the owner brought us the cronuts from here. The BEST doughnut of my life! Have gone back several times both when working and for leisure with family and friends. Don't miss out!!

Whooooa. First time coming here due to the Islander Cafe being blocked off with a Road Race (same owners?) and we almost didn't go in. The line wraps around inside for 20-30 minutes. Just enough for you to decide what lovely treat you'd care to try. Well worth it, so do yourself a favor: go here, stay in line!

They were substantially filled with cheese eggs and bacon and or sausage. I ordered chorizo on my sausage bagel sandwich. Everything is made to order. My sons said they really liked their sandwiches which were bacon egg and cheese on English. Most of the sandwiches are on the menu with homemade biscuit but we ordered with English muffin. They have ugly sticks and the first time we saw that was many years ago after moving to York. The sticks are made from buttermilk batter and come in differing sugary coatings. People love those and they sell out fast. St Joes is known for its benes. The little beignet dough balls. We have never had them, but customers were coming in and ordering a dozen at a time, so I feel like these are very popular here. They also have a great selection of coffees and lattes. Their prices are on par and reasonable. The staff were personable and friendly. There is a small area to sit inside although that fills up pretty quickly on a weekend. There is online ordering although, one of the staff told me they shut it down when they are really busy. Young people, old people (like me) all seemed to enjoy coming in here. I think St Joes has a large following and for good reason. I'll come again with my 13 yr old twins and try some of those benes soon. I'll let you know, but I am sure anything prepared in this place will be good. I would show a photo of our food but we ate it too fast!

Not much seating for how much traffic they get so you're better off getting it to go anyway. I had the egg and sausage sandwich and it was HUGE and very filling. Great flavors. Also had to try the Bennie's! So messy but so good. They offer different flavor dipping sauces - I chose maple cinnamon and it was really sweet but still really good. Drop Coffee was solid. Good flavor selection plus speciality coffees if you're looking for that instead. Highly recommend for a quick bite while you're on the road. Staff was friendly and as efficient as they could be considering the small space.

I'm a mom to 4-year-old twins, and medicine has been one of the hardest parts of parenting. I've never felt good about giving them over-the-counter cold meds--too many weird ingredients I can't pronounce, and they never seem to help much anyway. But finding natural remedies that actually work? That's been a whole other struggle. Every fall, I make my annual trip to Societe to stock up on my go-to teas: Throat Ease, Get Well, Breathe, Fever Break, Be Well Immuni Tea, and Digest Ease. The first five are always in my pantry. When my kids start sniffling or coughing, I don't even think twice--I make them a warm cup of tea. It's so much easier than fighting with them to take some nasty-tasting syrup that ends up all over their shirt or spit out halfway through. These teas work fast, they taste good, and I feel better knowing I'm helping their little bodies heal naturally. Now let me talk about Digest Ease, because this one... wow. If you've been through potty training, you know the constipation phase is brutal. My daughter was in so much pain, scared to go, crying, and I felt helpless. Doctors kept recommending milk of magnesia and other stuff that just didn't feel right. I tried everything--fiber, prune juice, homeopathic drops--and nothing gave her consistent relief. Digest Ease was the only thing that helped. It's gentle, it works fast, and it gave my daughter real relief without the drama. I've told every mom friend I know about it, and they've all had the same experience. If you're a parent who's tired of chemical-filled meds and just wants something safe, natural, and effective--these teas are it. They're not just products. They're part of how I care for my kids. I'll never go another season without them.
