I needed another plate just for that. ha ha I am also a coffee nerd and tend to find a reason for not liking businesses attempts on ice coffee. Many try to pour hot coffee over the ice and re-ice. Not sure how Tucker's does it, but it was yummy. We both enjoyed our meal and plan to bring friends when they visit this fall.

Enter Tucker's, which happened to be right across the street from the hotel. They are open from 7 AM to 2 PM, serving breakfast all day and lunch starting at 11 AM. It was a Friday morning, and they had a packed dining room but plenty of parking. We waited for maybe 5-10 minutes. There were five of us, and we were seated quickly in a nice big booth. (The booth was one of those bigger-sized ones that can fit three people on a side.) The decor was cute and the vibe was great. Our waitress was great right from the jump! She was very friendly and attentive. They have an extensive menu with a lot of options and fun twists. The food came out quickly, as described, and very delicious - plus the portions were a good size! We had some omelets, avocado toast, breakfast plates, and a benny!
