A cute little cafe. We came here on the way through because the reviews were so good. The people working were friendly. A couple of issues to get out of the way. The drip coffee that was served to my husband was cold. They had to make some fresh which took quite a while. He got it after we were finished eating. Our breakfast sandwiches had the proteins mixed up. We easily took them off and switched. The breakfast sandwiches were decent. I wouldn't pay $10 for them again though. The crullers were amazing. I was in the area for a massage over at Integrated Massage & Wellness, and while I was turning around, I spotted Stella's! I'd heard of them since I love their sister restaurant, Lil's, but didn't realize this is where they were located. I'm so glad I stopped in because I'd been craving a cruller lately. The wifi is fast, the frittata was delicious, the honey lavender matcha latte wasn't too sweet, and of course the crullers hit the spot. I got oat milk in my latte so there was an extra charge for that (just a heads up). Parking is free and plentiful, it's cute inside with great music, they have outside seating for nice days, and there's also an event room on the side (wish I knew this when planning my baby shower!) read more

Day 2 of being open, I tried the new Stella's Cafe, sister to Lil's Cafe in Kittery. It's a cool, small spot with a different vibe than Lil's. The baked goods are phenomenal, and probably from Lil's, and the hot prepared food is okay. I wouldn't come back just for that (ie breakfast wraps). The coffee/tea drinks made by the baristas are spot on. Once they get the kinks of being new worked out they'll be a local staple just like their sister cafe. Excited for Stella's! read more

Service was very good and they are very nice! The pastry (had a "seasonal" crueler) good, but the iced chai latte .... Terrible! Probably the worst I've ever had. I should have tried it before I got into my car, but by then it was too late. Ended up tossing it when I got to my destination. It was just some weird sweet syrup shaken with milk. -- only other drink I've had there is an iced tea, which was good. Definitely wouldn't not recommend a chai. read more

I'm new to the area and this has quickly become one of my favorite spots!! The chai latte is so good and consistent (the same every time!)

The food is amazing the TBC sandwich is wicked good the chipotle mayo makes it worth it. The service was great very friendly staff and the location is great and has a nice outdoor area where you can sit with your well behaved dogs! read more

Update from my first review - I went back this past Friday morning so my two coworkers could experience the cruller. I arrived at 7:30 (half hour after opening) and found a line to the door. They are well staffed so I only waited about five minutes. Long story short - my coworkers are now hooked, and better yet, everyone in the plant was asking where I got them. We ordered two egg, cheese and bacon breakfast sandwiches on BISCUITS!! Ooh heaven!! Rich buttery flakey biscuits!! They are BIG!! And the egg, cheese and bacon are generously nestled within a butter, flakey warm biscuit! Omg the biscuit!! Big enough to share with your pup and finish with both feeling sated! Doggo wag of approval!! Apparently Stella's *just* opened within the past week or two. The sandwiches were pre-made but were hot and fresh nevertheless! The scone was a gluten free chocolate cherry scone. One of us is an accomplished gluten free home baker. The flavors of the scone are quite good. However the scone was dry. Gluten free baking is fussy. Gluten free flour tends to really absorb the moisture in the recipe. There are several other gluten free choices. We will be back to try them! The service was so fast! Everyone was very nice! They worked together well to hand me my order in under five minutes. I was pleasantly surprised! The interior is gorgeous, modern but comfy and welcoming. Plenty of seating! And! Outdoor seating!! There is outdoor seating in front of the building that ranges from club chairs and low tables to cafe tables and chairs. I think I counted seating for 12. Inside appears to easily seat at least fifty. The interior and exterior are both very clean. Lovely plantings outside make the spot that much more enjoyable. We will be back! One star off for dryness in the gluten free scone. I am not vegan but sometimes to add moisture I will sub apple sauce for egg or add yogurt instead of milk/half and half to my gluten free baked goods. Chestnut flour is gluten free but seems to produce less dry baked goods. read more

Stella's donut crullers are amazing!!! There is typically a wait as they are that popular. They also offer specialty coffees. The counter servers were great. I love stopping by Stella's for my favorite drink of all time, an iced chai latte. I've tried many cafe's and coffee shops both in the area and while traveling and this chai is hands down the best I've ever had. The barista was very kind and friendly, I think her name was mekenzie?? The location is suite 33.... my lucky number proves me right yet again. read more
