The juice box is located inside a local clothing store with its own seating area. There are plenty of seats and it seemed a lot of people working on their computers. I can't speak to their food/juices as I only ordered coffee and a chai tea. They have alternative milk options (almond and oat). The drinks were good but nothing that stood out as extra special. Staff was extremely nice and service was VERY fast. They have locked bathrooms on the premises for customers only. read more

Love this place! Never disappointed. Usually get the Nohli banana or the sunbeam smoothies. Sooo yummy and filling.

It was just ok. My homemade smoothies are better, and the price is too high for something that only tastes so so.

I love this place. From what I hear it's the most successful business that this location has ever had...I believe it! Such a cute little atmosphere. Its very surfer like. They have juices, smoothies, coffees and some bites. I love that their prices aren't ridiculous. It's still about 7 bucks for a 24 oz smoothie or juice but that's cheaper than other places like wegmans or Robeks. It's all fresh too. I got the Kaley Slater but added Some mango and banana. It was good and the celery was really strong so I'm glad I added the extra fruit. I also got the chia seed pudding which was very puddinglike. It was tapioca ish and pretty tasty. It was chia and oats soaked in almond milk with rasberry swirl that was a little too tart and topped with banana, almond butter and cinnamon. I haven't finished the whole thing yet it's been 3 dAys but it's hearty. The parking situation is okay. I haven't ever seen it too busy and you can get in and out of there pretty fast. I will be back. As of now it's the only juice and smoothie place I know of in hampton! read more

Drive by every day and finally decide to try it. Since I never have been in before I wasn't sure what to order. When asking a question the girl was sooooo rude and rolling her eyes before she answered my question which was (can u make the egg sandwich on a English muffin) I will never go back which is a shame it looks like a cute place. Have been to the juice box so many times and have absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, this morning I was not impressed. I usually order the high tide bowl so I have seen it made with love many times. It's good, it's tasty and it's juicy! The juices at one of the tiniest restaurants provided us a the veggie fix we were craving after a few evenings of seafood binges! I prefer juiced that lean to the less sweet side so I went with the detox juice and it satisfied me. The staff is friendly and very busy so they don't spend much time chit chatting, nor do they greet you when you enter the front door. I'm ok with this because they weren't ignoring me or goofing around - they were focusing on making precious orders. I had to scrape the bowl to get any smoothie in it. It wasn't even a serving. I'd say about a quarter of the amount they use to give you. I understand covid affected businesses hard, but if you don't do right by your customers they won't come back. I am so happy North Hampton now has a juicery! I really like the vitamin sea juice, and the wrap I ordered was good too. It was on the smaller side for a wrap, but it was a good thing because the juice can be very filling if consumed in combination. The staff is all very nice and quick to get your food out, I will definitely be frequenting the The Juice Box while in the seacoast! Could get a little expensive for daily usage, but I would say it is worth a purchase a couple times a week. read more

I started going here recently and love the smoothies. The service is usually pretty good for college age girls that look like they just rolled out of bed. I called this morning and right away admitted I didn't know the name of the item I was looking to order. I knew it had the word tropical in it and I named a few of the ingredients in the hope that the employee would help me out. The girl on the phone responded to my forgetfulness with "what are you talking about?" in an extremely annoyed voice. I realized quickly that she didn't want to help me even though she knows the menu better than I do. I told her I was going to take my business elsewhere. I like this place a lot but frequently hear from friends about how bad the service is and now I have experienced it myself. I really hope that they figure it out. read more

I am SO disappointed with the service or should I say lack there of. My family and I stopped in around three o'clock to see when they closed, we were told that they closed at 5pm, even though the website says 6pm. No problem though, we went to the beach for a walk and tried to get back well before 5pm, it ended up being later than we planned, closer to 4:45pm. My husband went in to order for us, we have a one and three year old. He ordered wraps and an acai bowl and he was told by the staff that "we don't make those anymore." He was confused because he was told just that same day that they were open until 5pm. He asked to clarify and the staff member told him he could get a smoothie. We had a hungry one and three year old ready for dinner, if The Juice Box stops making food before they close then they should be very clear about that with their patrons, we would have ordered when we drove all the the way there earlier in the day. I wasn't even going to write a review, I wanted to send an e-mail but no where on the website is there a contact link or email address. Seems like a company that would rather not be bothered with customer feedback. The Juice Box lost our business today and for the future. I do not recommend going unless you don't mind the poor treatment. Its too bad because the food and smoothies were really great. I love to see places that have healthy vegan and vegetarian options but the service is just too poor to excuse. read more

I've been here once before and had a good experience l. But we were there at 4 pm on Saturday February 22nd and there was a blonde young lady who was extremely rude when asked to reheat my hot tea that came out luke warm. She said "i know it's hot i just burnt myself on the machine!" She slammed the milk on the counter when I asked for some because it was supposed to be out in the first place. We had to wait for them to make a fresh pot of coffee that took a long time and refused to refund us because we did not want to wait. Overall she was passive aggressive and became extremely rude. She should not be in customer service. Will not be back. read more
