UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS!!!!! Common roots burrito Lovely lox Kale salad Bomb.

SO GOOOOOOOD. Seriously. Bomb. Love it here - fresh ingredients, tasty, and good service

Vegan Ceasar salad, vegan sandwich, and latte - The image shows a table with a meal consisting of a salad with leafy greens and chickpeas, a sandwich on a round bun, and two drinks—an iced coffee with ice cubes and a straw, and a hot beverage in a paper cup. The table surface is light-colored, and there are utensils wrapped in a paper napkin. In the background, there are condiments, napkins, and a person wearing a purple top.

AMAZING delicious food, especially if you're looking for vegan options. A bit pricey and be careful your not arriving after their kitchen closes early, but their food tastes so healthy, fresh, delicious and light and is a must stop for an incredible vegan/vegetarian bite in Hampton.

Lovely Lox bagel sandwich - A bagel sandwich with a sesame seed-topped bagel cut in half, filled with smoked salmon, sprouts, and cream cheese. The sandwich is placed on a white plate, with some sprouts and a small piece of salmon visible. The bagel appears toasted and the ingredients are layered neatly.

Didn't expect too much but popped in because of the great Yelp reviews. My lox bagel sandwich was delicious and my husband was very happy with his breakfast burrito! Would definitely stop in again if I had the chance.

Vegan Cali dip burrito - A burrito with a whole wheat wrap is partially opened, revealing ingredients like leafy greens, melted cheese, and chunks of tofu or potatoes. The burrito is placed on a white plate with some green sauce or garnish in the background. The image focuses on the cross-section of the burrito, highlighting its filling.

My husband and I are a frequent customer at Common Roots because their food is always consistently delicious and fresh! The acai bowl and the vegan muffin hit the spot today!

TLT w avocado and egg. - A sandwich featuring two slices of toasted bread filled with lettuce, tomato slices, a fried egg, avocado, and a protein that appears to be beef or sausage. The sandwich is cut in half and stacked, served on a white plate with sliced pickles on the side. The background suggests a casual dining setting.

Frank is a genius. If you are a vegan or even close to one this place is a dream come true. My favorite is the TLT with avocado and if you are feeling crazy add an egg. Every time we are in the area this is cafe is a must stop.

Best coffee on the coast. Allergy friendly. Gluten, dairy, and meat free options! Delish homemade healthy and comfort food options. Yum! Sustainable practices. Keep up the good work!

TLT - A sandwich with whole grain bread contains fresh lettuce, sliced tomato, mashed avocado, and fried eggplant slices. The sandwich is held in a person's hand, with a white food container and some background elements visible. The ingredients are layered, showcasing a healthy and hearty filling.

One staff member even brought over a couple of toys for our little one to play with, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious, and they handled a gluten allergy with care and confidence, making the meal completely stress-free. Excellent service, fun atmosphere, and great food all around. We'll definitely be back!

Fortunately, we were early enough to be seated right away, but shortly afterwards there were many people waiting outside. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, and even went out of his was wo make a decaf iced coffee for me. We ordered two items off of the special Noah Kahan menu, which supports The Busyhead Project (Noah's charity that focuses on mental health). My choice was "Waffle Be Here Forever" which was an apple Belgian waffle, topped with fried apples, blueberry granola, whipped cream, and caramel. it was soooooo good and I'd definitely order it again. Also from the Noah Kahan menu, we ordered pumpkin pancakes, which were so fluffy and flavorful. Another win on the menu! Decor in the Friendly Toast is really fun with the walls collaged with nostalgic art. I also liked the Busyhead Project Community wall towards the back of the restaurant which featured written reflections on mental health prompts that were then posted on the wall.

**November 2025: Saturday Afternoon Visit**…read more My friend and I had been eating pretty heavy food for the past couple of meals, so I decided to pick something a little lighter for lunch. The photos from Laney and Lu looked really refreshing so I was excited to try their offerings. PARKING: They're located inside a town center/maybe apartment complex? so there were many spots to park DINNIG: Experience: You order at the counter and they'll bring out your food. The space is very clean and modern looking, though you do need to bus your own tray. They have an area where you can also serve yourself cups of water. FOOD: The salads/grain bowls looked really impressive and were served in flat bowls. I ordered the following since they seemed to use many local Vermont and New Hampshire ingredient's -Delicata Squash Toast (SEASONAL): Local goat cheese, delicata squash, pickled mustard seed, microgreens, chili oil, pomegranate seeds on a Juniper Cottage Sourdough made in Newmarket, NH ($14) - This seasonal toast really surprised me. It was perfectly toasted but had enough bounce to hold all the toppings. The goat cheese really paired nicely with the squash and the pomegranate seeds gave each bite a nice brightness do it. This was fantastic. -Blissful Chakra: Spinach, mixed greens, kale, carrot, beet, purple cabbage, red and yellow pepper, cherry tomato, red onion, pepitas, green goddess dressing ($14) -This was very light and the cheery tomatoes tasted really juicy. The green goddess dressing is pretty light so I think if I were to get this again I would add the cilantro hummus (+$3) to make the salad more substantial -Seasonal Sipping Broth (SEASONAL): vegetable trimmings, greens, herbs, reishi mushroom, ginger, nutritional yeast, olive oil, jalapeño, coconut amino, spices ($6 small) - It was served pipping hot which is perfect, but it tasted a little bitter to me. SUMMARY: I really like the healthy options here and that they use many local ingredients. It's a non-meat option for health conscious foodies. That toast was bomb and if I come back I would definitely want to get another order of that or other toast combinations.
