And I was absolutely blown away at the flavor of this breakfast sandwich.. the egg was cooked just enough to allow for a runny yolk, with a creamy aioli that perfectly combines with the crispy, bacon and the salty melted slice of cheddar cheese. I did not feel any need to add any more salt or pepper, as the entire sandwich was made to perfection. Truly an underrated gem of a cafe in New Hampshire.
