The pie's are always piping hot when they arrive and they're very quick to deliver! I've also ordered carryout and my pizza is always ready on time... if not it's early. They are way too close to my house for my diets safety. Just saying. Their drivers have been fast with my orders, and the orders have been pretty accurate. Overall, they are doing well. Decent food, nothing special , fast service m, really nothing to complain about aside from them giving me the opportunity to get fatter than I already am. Not their fault. read more

I will never order from here again. Used to order at least twice a month. Ordered 2 large pizzas, and they delivered next door. Was later in the evening and I wasn't told by my neighbor until the next day. Sent 2 emails to store complaining about the mix up and never heard back from either complaint. I don't think they care. Spent $60 on 2 pizzas, didn't get to enjoy them, and was blown off by local owner. It's a shame as like I said, I used to order from here all of the time. They apparently don't care about loyalty. So I don't blame Domino's but I ordered a thin crust for a couple pizzas last night. I applaud them for their mobile app and efficient operation. The pizza was ready exactly when I asked for it. Thin crust was more like a flat bread and not "regular" pizza, although it tasted much better than the last pizza we had from Domino's. They're new recipe is definitely much better. One of the few places that deliver to me, so I ordered here. I have in the past too. They don't ever follow any special instructions, so I don't know why they even offer the box. I wanted one cooked well done, onions were raw. They are always pretty fast and preCovid the drivers always friendly. Now it is contactless so not sure but my pizza arrived in good condition. If I could put 0 stars I would. They almost killed my friend. We ordered a gluten free pizza and gave us a normal pizza. Now we have ordered gluten free pizzas in the past and this did not look gluten free. If she eats gluten she will puff up like a puffer fish. When we called to complain, and get the problem fixed the initial employee that picked up the phone said they would fix it. When the phone was passed to the manager, he decided to in the most stupid tone say, "there's nothing we can do." Now we are sitting here Pizza less. And my friend is crying. I stopped in on Dec 24 to get the 2 medium pizzas special. I remembered the ad saying the recipes and ingredients were upgraded and the pizzas were now the best. I ordered two pepper and onion pizzas. When I got home and opened the boxes I had 2 pepperoni pizzas. We are vegetarians and even after removing the meat they were still unappealing to us. I went back on Dec 27 to try again because the sauce and dough was tasty. They graciously gave me a large pepper and onion pizza as compensation. When I got home and opened it I found a pizza with such a small amount of cheese the sauce was showing all over the pizza. The pepper and onions were so scarce I could count them on my fingers and were very very small and thin. It is eveident that the cheese is probably weighed for quantity and the toppings need reading glasses in order to find. I still cannot find an exceptional pizza. So sad. read more

We've been frequent customers of this Domino's and have been pleased for the most part. Due to Corvid-19 have been ordering from small local businesses for takeout, but tonight decided to order two thin crust pizzas. Not sure if they had someone new or need to sharpen their knives. Both pizzas were scored, definitely not cut through. When you tried to tear a piece off, it basically shredded. Didn't make for an enjoyable dinner. read more

WHY is everyone posting Negative on the new Domino's???!! I admit that before the change in pizza menu last year Domino's pizza was the worst pizza in the world. Their NEW pizza is the best!! Love the crust, sauce, new toppings, and pricing. You can almost buy a pizza from Domino's cheaper than you can make one at home with their specials. The waitstaff in Dover is good, speedy, friendly, and will make suggestions for you. You have got to give the NEW Domino's a try Well done Dover Domino's! read more

Le sigh. So I'm home sick, and we got Domino's because they deliver, otherwise I would have totally gotten La Festa. I give them two stars because I like their online pizza tracker. And the delivery guy was friendly. He told us, "sorry about the wait...". Now I realize the football game is currently on, so I bet lots of people are ordering pizza. But I think that's the plus and minus of the online tracker, I knew my order was sitting around at Domino's for twenty minutes before it even went out the door for delivery. So naturally it arrives cold, and I made a terrible choice with their white sauce over their regular tomato sauce. Their white sauce is AWFUL. I don't know if they sprinkled a ton of garlic salt or something on the crust, but I need extra napkins. What a mess. Next time I want delivery I'll order Papa Jay's. read more

Wow.......the "new" dominos is even worse than before. They completely screwed up our (simple) delivery, of course. The crust is still way too thick and doughy, same sour, bitter sauce, and flavorless cheese. It was tough to tell if I was eating cheese or undercooked crust underneath. I think all they did different was sprinkle a little garlic salt and oregano on the crust. Sure fills you up though......all that friggin crust and dough....just gross. I really do not understand, I make homeade pizza at home and it always comes out delicious and its very simple to make. How do these guys screw it up so bad? read more

I tried the ordering online feature which was super simple and liked seeing where the pizza was in the process. Dominos was also the ONLY local restaurant open on Sunday at 10:00. The price wasn't so bad and the food was delivered timely. The driver definitely failed to give us part of our order so I had to call the store which was really annoying especially because we left a great tip. He did come back after we called the store. By the time we ate since we waited for the rest of the food the pizza was cold and mediocre in taste. I'm a pizza fiend and ended up giving most of mind to my husband. It tasted cheap, like they used low quality ingredients to make it. This was my first experience ordering from Dominos and I won't order again. There are several other fantastic pizza places in the area so I'll definitely hold off my 10:00p dinner and have pizza for lunch from now on. read more

Ordering via online app was easy. Service and delivery was on time which were great. But the quality of food was terrible esp the chicken served is very old and just after eating a half of buffalo chicken sandwich I threw the whole sandwich out to trash. Had a worst experience. read more

we were trying to order online from the website and it would not work. we called the store and they told us we could not place an order for what we wanted because it did not qualify for the promotion, when online it said it qualified. we were treated rudely over the phone. we went to the website again on a different computer and the same offer worked even when the manager told us no. terrible service. unfortunately it reflects across the entire store so the driver will not be getting a tip. read more
