For the most part I haven't been impressed by Pizza places in this city but this is one of the best Pizzas I've had in Portsmouth. I wish I would have discovered this place sooner. read more

Food is amazing and the pizza is different and delicious. I would only get take out from this establishment. We went there tonight and were blown away with how awful the service was. I try not to rag on servers because I know I could never do what most serves do, but this waitress was putting in bare minimum effort. Its all things I could get past, if the only reason we went was for their slice deal that was advertised on their website. A dollar and some change for two slices sounded like a steal. We sat down and waiting a bit for our server to come over. We placed drink orders and waited a bit (roughly 15 minutes). When our drinks arrived, we informed our waitress that we were looking to do the slice deal. No sooner did our words leave our mouths, she instantly stated "oh we just stopped doing the slice deal. Okay not a problem. We ended up ordering our pizza's and went on with the night. The issue really highlighted when most people that were coming in were looking for the same deal. The deal never stated that there was a limited supply or an end time. I was surprised that they weren't telling people or advertising that the deal was no longer going on. The deal was dine in only and then I had to wonder, how hard would it be to make a pizza and divvy up the slices? The food came out at a decent time but after waiting for drinks and waiting for our waitress to come back to take our order, we were roughly an hour in. Multiple tables had gotten up and left without ever seeing a waitress. It is disappointing because we love the pizza but we will not do sit down service again after this experience. The pizza here is sooo good! My favorite in Dover for sure. I've gotten it to go before and enjoyed it, but after dining in- WOW! It's amazing how yummy it is fresh out of the oven! And my boyfriend raves about the meatballs! I came here for my birthday dinner with some friends and had a great time. Our waiter was the absolute best. I wish I could remember his name! He was working on a Tuesday night and he was so friendly and kind. This is my new favorite date night spot with my boyfriend :) We have already returned once since and we will be back! read more

We were very excited to give Otto a try, as we've heard all good things about their other locations. First off, the location is kind of inconvenient, it's all paid street parking, so it's annoying to have to pay if you're just running in to pick up. We ordered online, super easy and very quick. Love the texts that let you know when the order is done and ready to be picked up. Nice touch. Pick up was smooth, girl at the counter was very nice. The pizza itself is extremely thin, the mashed potato pizza was over cooked, slightly burnt on the bottom so it was very crispy. I would've liked there to be a little bit more mashed potatoes, it felt like there was barely any on the pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza was the best, but next time I'll get light scallion, there was too much on this one. The crust was good, still real thin, and maybe that's the Otto way, but when you're ordering online, the pictures don't look like a thin crust pizza. Overall, a little disappointing, but, we'll try again in the future and hope for a better experience. read more

This pizza is so good. I'm not typically a fan of goat cheese but it goes really well with this. The hot honey takes it to another level. Did take out but the staff were chill when i picked it up. The space is new so it looks very modern and a great spot to hang out. read more

Super good! We were part of a group of 18 tonight for a birthday party. The food is really good folks! I worked in Portland so I'm familiar with Otto from their original location and I've been to the Portsmouth location. The food at the Dover location is as good as I remembered. Service was excellent as well. I'm so happy to have great choices for pizza in Dover and I'm happy Otto is here. Great job tonight Otto! read more

Ordered take out. Food was not ready when promised. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes. My pineapple,bacon and hot honey pizza had no hot honey. We had 3 different pizzas and all felt they were fine but certainly not worth the VERY high price. The pizza with the tomato sauce was definitely the best one. It was ok but I won't rush back . The space seems fine. Very similar to how it looked when Blue Latitude was there. read more

Decided on Otto as it is a new restaurant in downtown Dover, NH. What a great find! I don't know what space they took over, but the interior is spacious, clean, bright, and roomy. It has a nice bar with a wall of big 4 TVs. The mushroom/onion 16" pizza was great (as a well-known pizza reviewer would say - minimum flop, great undercarriage, bright sauce, and plenty of toppings). The service was attentive, friendly, fun, and on time with 2nd drinks. Thanks, Cassi, we hope to have you as our server again. read more

My husband and I went to Otto for the first time on last Tuesday. We ordered the Hot Honey Pepperoni. It was amazing, loaded with little crisp pepperoni, and goat cheese and the bartender was awesome. I was obsessed. We went back again today because I was jonesing for it and the experience was a 180. We ordered the same pizza and when it arrived it had very little pepperoni, barely any hot honey and NO goat cheese. We notified the bartender who then proceeded to bring out a small, cold container of Blue Cheese ( which I hate) not even goat cheese. When the bill came it was full price for a pizza we did not receive. It is a small menu, they should be able to recreate everything well. I am kind of glad that my obsession was ended. I have no desire to rush back for inconsistent and expensive food. read more
