Quick service, decent food, friendly enough employees. It's Burger King, not a 5 star restaurant, you get your run of the mill fast food, expect no more than that and you won't be disappointed. My 3 star review isn't because of the food or the restaurant itself, it's for the god awful parking lot that needs to be repaved SO badly!!! read more

Stopped in here for breakfast one morning. Ordered a Sausage, egg, and cheese Croissanwich value meal (with hash rounds and a small coffee). I was thrilled to find that this BK offered Splenda as an option with their coffee. Most of the BK's I've been to only offer a choice between sugar and Pinks (saccharin). I told the lady at the register that I wanted four creamers and one Splenda - she added the stuff to the coffee for me - which I was not expecting. Unfortunately, the value meal came up lukewarm - as if it was already made and had been sitting around for awhile. I ate it anyway as I was really hungry. This burger King was horrible. First food place where there was not a single employee wearing a mask. I swear I've seen a Burger King commercial where they pride themselves on being cautious with masks, gloves and contactless orders through the drive thru. What a joke! Will never go there again. If I could rate a negative rating I would. I used to work nearby and this was a quick way to get lunch. Or so I thought. On my last visit ( and I mean last ) I went in at 12 (since the drive up line was long) I was immediately greeted by the familiar sigh and "what do you want " attitude of the employee. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. There was no one in line. It took until 12:27 to get my now food that Was as the song says cold as ice. I asked for a fresh set of nuggets and fries. They informed me it would take 15 minutes ... there were more than enough employees to make the food and serve drive up so I took that as a way to get me out the door. I figured I already wasted my lunch and paid for this travesty I might as well wait. That was a bigger mistake than rooting for the browns. 10 minutes or so later I got Cold food again. I asked for a refund and left. Not sure what was more offensive the urine smell walking in, the dirty floors and "dining room" or the fact that I probably disturbed some "manager " from perusing his plenty of fish profile. If you like stomach issues long lines and rude staff then head to this bk. If you go thru drive up you can at least avoid the attitude. However you're better off buying a .99 burger at Cumberland farms as that is more likely to have it your way than this sad excuse for "fast " Food read more

Horrible experience. Don't get me wrong, the workers are extremely nice, but I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. Super simple. And the person taking my order seemed confused. So I repeated, two bacon cheeseburgers without pickles. Got home only to realize that they placed literally a patty with bacon (no bun) in a box for both burgers. These are not bacon cheeseburgers. I don't understand it. It's a simple thing off the value menu so I don't understand how it's so complicated. Normally I am extremely forgiving, I understand it's fast food, things get messed up. But I've had multiple miscommunication type errors here :/ And coming home to boxes of just a patty with bacon this time really just irked me. read more

Treated extremely rudely when I went to rectify an error with our drive through order. They left out half our food. When I returned to get it fixed I knocked on the window/door to get their attention as their dining room was closed due to COVID. I explained that they left our portions of our order and I was told I had to go through the drive-through again. The drive through was backed up to the road and I complained to him that I had already sat through the line once, I didn't want to wait again for their mistake. He then stood in the entryway and stared me down like some sort of tough-guy until I apologized. Even then when they brought my missing food out to me it was still missing items. No apologies for the mix up or the wait or the rudeness. Never going there again and if there was any way to look up the owners contact information I would let them know exactly what kind of employees they have working at their location. Completely livid and disgusted by how I was treated. read more

How do I get to corporate. Somersworth BK has the best employee I've ever dealt with. Always polite even under pressure. Quick to help and fix problems. He definitely needs a raise/ promotion. His name is Trey..and he is by far your best worker. Help him help me :) !!! He deserves it!! read more

I always have a great experience at this Burger King I work nearby and stop in for my lunch or dinner break and the night crew that's there is just absolutely amazing always so friendly and making sure everyone is happy and got what they want. read more

Ordered nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Easy, right? Nuggets were rock solid, mozz sticks were overcooked and broken, had to go back and ask for the sauce they forgot. Hands down the worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. read more

I tried the new peppermint Oreo shake which made me feel sick to my stomach. The girl at the drive thru didn't even tell me my total or offer a receipt. I checked my bank app and $3.48 seems a bit much. The flavor was decent but it's not worth the stomach pain. read more

when i first moved here, this burger king was terrible. whoppers were sloppily made and sloppily wrapped. i complained online, and avoided them for a few years. then i went back and they were excellent for almost a year. lately they have been truly disgusting. a few times they left out the tomatoes. the last time i went, i ordered extra tomatoes in case they left them out. the male argued with me about the price; when he finally realized i was right he just asked for the correct amount; never said, sorry. i then had to wait 5 -10 minutes for my order at the window and there was only one other car behind me. when i got home, one whopper had the the parts of the tomato you throw away...the stems, not one but 2,. this was no mistake. the lettuce was not only soggy but mangled. i really think they took it out of the trash, because i had the nerve to say the price was wrong! i emailed burger king and when asked if i wanted a phone call i said yes but i never heard from them by email or phone. read more

Went through the drive through about 630 on February 5 2018 got home with the food to find my burger missing the bacon which is the only reason I ordered the sandwich my wife's food was cold and disgusting the employees were in winter coats ( maybe just in from a smoke) I'd give the place a zero in all categories read more
