This is notable, since COVID has removed many of their older employees from the the workforce. Several have come down with the virus and are now on the mend. Rosa in the plant department took me over to where screens are and helped to find a helper in that department. When I go to other Home Depot's they shy away from eye contact. This was a Monday afternoon so store wasn't super busy. I selected what I needed and flagged a Lowe's worker down for the custom cuts. I was helped by Will at appliances who provided top quality customer service. He got the mini fridge on a dolly, rang us up, and even helped put it in my SUV. Special shout out to the guy who also did the wood cutting, I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was absolutely professional and did an excellent cutting job for the plywood I needed. This is the exact reason why I don't shop at Home Depot anymore. The customer service at Home Depot has gone downhill over the years. Lowe's on the other hand, is the gold standard of customer service.
