Service was great, drink got to me quick, and it was delicious! Plenty of parking and area to sit while you wait. Quiet and friendly. I got a freshly squeezed lemon honey jasmine tea and a taro milk boba tea (both 70% sweetness) and they were both delicious!

Ube fresh milk tea with taro balls was really good, taro balls were perfect amount of chewiness and they're slightly sweetened. I ordered the drink with 30% ice and 30% sweetness and it came out perfect. Would say the consistency can be a bit more liquidity, felt like milk content was more than desired but overall yummy drink and 8/10 recommend I ordered their bubble waffle in half & half with matcha and chocolate and I'm not sure what happened to the batter or if the waffle maker was getting burnt but it tasted so bitter. We tried eating both sides individually and then tried eating both at the same time - end result was just so bitter!! It just tasted like burnt or the matcha powder wasn't mixed well with the batter before making it. Something was really off and I've tried matcha flavor bubble waffle elsewhere. This was our first time there and will be my last time as well. drink was really good but price is not as comparable as other bubble tea places. Royal tea was across the street from them and felt like that's a bigger competition. Too unfortunate my bubble waffle tasted burnt whole way through. :(

The service was great. The Taro milk tea I ordered, not as great. The drink was extremely gritty in texture. The tapioca pearls were good, but the drink itself was not. It was also extremely thick, consistent of sludge I think. The ambiance of the place was great! However I wouldn't recommend their taro milk tea.

Happy Lemon is one of my favorite bubble tea shops in the area so I go pretty often. It's great that they have a rewards system and perks through the Clover app, which is even more of an incentive to go (other than the fact that I love bubble tea). My husband ordered his usual, the Dark Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, 50% sweet and I ordered a Bubble Waffle, half original and half chocolate. It might have been a mistake from the person who made the drink but it was way too sweet. Typically the drinks are made well, so this was probably just an honest mistake. The waffle texture was a bit tough and the flavor was ok. The chocolate tasted better than the original flavor.

After being let down by the Bridgeport location numerous times, Beaverton exceeded all expectations. My friend recently went to both locations and he said this one is better as well. When I first went to the Bridgeport location, it was missing numerous items on the menu compared to its California counterparts and they were slowly added on as time passed whereas Beaverton already had the whole menu. Seating is also limited at Bridgeport to one couch and table but there are plenty here. The staff seemed well-trained and looked like they knew what they were doing. I've ordered a bubble waffle and it came out warm, just like how it should. The drinks here have always been consistently amazing and I've never heard any negative comments with others I've came with. The Happy Lemon I know and love is finally here and it's def worth the drive out from Portland for this, especially the mango matcha with mango crystal boba!!

This new location is in the strip by Jim and Patty's. It's a small, modern, clean shop. I tried the Boba milk tea with puff cream. The tea had a hint of roasted flavor to it. The puff cream, which they spoon on the sides of the cup, made it nice and creamy. Ice and sweetness level are customizable. It's a little pricier than average, but they have some different toppings like taro balls. These were smaller and a little grainier than boba, kind of like fresh taro cubes mixed with tapioca? I think their specialty is fresh-squeezed lemon juice with tea--I'll try that in the summer! They also have bubble waffles. Service was friendly. I was the only customer after noon on a cold Saturday and it probably took 3-5 minutes to make my 3 drinks between 2 employees. They have a rewards program through Clover with your phone number: buy 10 drinks, get one free!

It's been a while since I've been back here. The drinks here are still pretty solid, and what's nice is that they have some seasonal/special drinks on the menu. I opted for the Mango Yogurt Smoothie from their yogurt series line. Even with zero percent sweetness, there is still snug sweetness in it. It's a good drink to sip on after a good meal.

Was I thrilled when I heard Happy Lemon was going to open in Beaverton? Yep. Did I incessantly stalk their Instagram for updates on when it would finally be open? ALSO YEP. :P Dropped by Happy Lemon on their opening day and was seriously impressed by the quality of my drink and speed/friendliness of the staff. I went later in the day and was worried that things would be sold out or running low, but no issues there AT ALL. I am basic as all hell so you know I got the regular milk tea with boba and salted cheese topping -- an absolute FAVE. If you haven't tried the salted cheese topping, you are seriously missing out. Just imagine light fluffy cream cheese or creme fraiche with a hint of salt to balance out all that sugary goodness. I always opt for 70% sugar and 70% ice to pretend I'm being slightly more healthy l o l The tapioca was cooked well here and had the perfect amt of chewy goodness and bite that you'd want. I also got a bubble waffle - half and half with vanilla and chocolate and was in love. There is plenty of parking in the associated lot and you shouldn't have any problem with parking. Please head over to Happy Lemon and grab some delicious milk tea, fruit tea, lemonade drinks~

Finally I was able to find a HL location fairly close to my home. A new place to discover and first to review- what an honor- awesome! The drinks are just like the Bay Area. Consistent, clean, new. The parking lot has ample amount of parking space and it's easy to go in and out. Come try this place out. Plenty of seats to sit around and wait for your order to process. For the rewards program, enter your mobile phone. The folks here were patient while I was trying to decipher my list of orders sent to me by the kids. I was smart after this order by adding the list into my notes on my iPhone since they practically order the same flavors all the time. I forgot to add but I wish the lady who was making the bubble waffles and handing out the orders wore a mask. Seems like everyone else working there around with her had theirs on except her.

Fun little spot across from Beaverton mall. The place is legit since you can specify sweetness and ice level. My drink here was great will come again

Environment: super cute little room. As you look around 360 you see lots of cute artwork of boba and of course their cute logo, the lemon. They don't encourage sit-in but I think it's because they weren't fully ready.... Staff: kind and friendly. Before the boba critique...I was super happy that there's finally a boba store that opens before 12pm! I heard lots of good things about this place in other states and waited for months to open! I went at 11:30am, hoping things would be ready since they open at 11am. When I walked in, one family was already inside waiting. As I entered the room, no one greeted. In fact, no worker was in sight. They were all in the back doing something. I took pictures of the cute artwork while waiting and still, no on showed up. The family who waited apparently ordered but they waited for what I think was at least 30min! I waited for 10-15min to see what's up. I was about to leave. I then saw one worker was getting the waffle batter ready and another worker pouring lemonade or something. I think one worker called someone saying that nothing was prepared. Anyways, the family and I just watched them. I finally got my order in and the worker made it and the first family still didn't get their complete order (I felt bad for them). I thought it was not organized and it was almost as if I got my drink at noon, like at other boba places :/ Boba drink: I got milk tea, half sweet, and no toppings for $4.45. I liked this tea flavor; it was very nice HOWEVER, I found it to be very sweet. I then waited for the ice to melt. Still sweet. I sadly had no choice but to add 1c of water into my drink and it was semi-better. I wonder if the worker actually did 50% sweet... Maybe today was just not a good day :/

I have to get Happy Lemon whenever I'm visiting the west side tapioca is on the softer side, but I like that! I always get the original milk tea, 100% sweetness and less ice. Normally I get 75% sweetness at ShareTea and 100% sweetness here is comparable. Staff is kind and service is pretty quick. There's 5 small tables. They also offer bubble waffles!

You can say I'm not a happy lemon today. This is the second time in a row we show up an hour before they close and they're essentially out of everything. They are out of boba, milk tea, taro balls. They were cleaning the bubble waffle maker when we were there and said we just closed the machine.. but it looked like they've been cleaning the machine a while ago.. Just very disappointing... they need to plan better or just close earlier if they're going to be essentially out of everything a boba shop needs. Hmmm sooo essentially they close before they actually close. Everytim

I look forward to coming back and trying their London Fog, which is one of my favorite drinks and seems to have significant praise from other reviewers. We didn't get an opportunity to try the food, but look forward to in the future. One refreshing surprise is that this is a no-tip establishment. I don't recall what I paid for the drinks, but I appreciate places that charge what they need to make their business work and to (hopefully) pay their employees a living wage.
