The management needs to seriously address their online order process, communication with delivery platforms, and their kitchen capacity. If you cannot fulfill an order, it should be rejected immediately, not 30-40 minutes after confirmation. Until this issue is fixed, I cannot recommend ordering from here, especially for delivery.
