This Thai spot is a hit with our entire family. We appreciate the warm customer service, fresh asthetic, cleanliness and most importantly the delicious food. The kids enjoy the orange chicken. We have yet to try a curry and be disappointed. Today we opted for massaman curry and cashew nut stir fry. Everyone enjoyed the calamari. We will keep coming back.

I love Thai food so much and this restaurant hits the spot. The interior is very cute and modern. I got the Panang curry with chicken and the amount of food it comes with is really worth the $15 compared to other Thai places that charge more for less. The curry is smooth and the chicken was tender. I brought leftovers home and it reheated amazingly well. Only downside is that parking is hard to find on this street!

Came in for a late lunch and enjoyed it. The restaurant is really nice looking with modern furniture and decor. The music is fun and lively. The staff immediately seated us and we placed our order in no time. I got the par thai with chicken (mild) and it was saucy and great. Wife got drunken noodle with tofu (mild) and thought it was really good. I also got the Thai iced tea that was great. Parking was ample. I'd come back again.

they use old oil to cook their pad thai. maybe they are using same the oil from the spring rolls. it overwhelms the dish with a burnt oil flavor

3/11/2025 - snow crab fried rice! Amazing!

I've heard mention of Rama Thai and am so glad that I finally suggested to a friend we try it out. We chose a great time as well, around the 5ish zone. It started getting pretty packed around 6pm...on a Tuesday. There is a reason as their food is delicious. Great portions for great prices and the service is wonderful too. It can be a touch slow just because they don't have a ton of people working. We took so much home! We wanted to try a lot of things. My friend is Italian and loves the spicy whereas, I am a wuss! Everything was amazing! Moo Ping Kati, shrimp salad rolls, chicken satay, spicy eggplant - this was spicy for me but still delicious, and snow crab fried rice. One warning - the parking lot and there are no ADA spots. There is the street with parking next to the restaurant which I plan to use next time. When I parked, there was a Lexus parked nearly sideways, in almost two parking spaces so I parked far over and was against the line. The lot was empty almost when we got there but the spaces are VERY small. People kept parking super close to me and those spaces are already ridiculously small but also everyone anymore needs to drive vehicles which can also be a house. Someone in a mini parked so close that I had to get into the car from the passenger side...I genuinely question how they got out of their car. It is a good thing that I am part spidermonkey. The whole parking lot has very skinny spaces though and the other things nearby have a lot of people parking there.

Craving some Thai soup on a rainy day. I remember between Canyon Road and Farmington Rama Thai. I stop in... a non assuming strip mall that always has its windows filled. Quiet on this rainy night another customer comes in putting their umbrella down as they enter. I was greeted after I entered by the friendly wait staff. Letting me guide myself to a seat that I may like. I was delivered water in a carafe. Flowers at the table. Gives a feeling of your neighborhood spot. Am I in NYC. Oh wait... this is Portland- Beaverton asian inspired cuisine. I ordered the boat noodle soup. I was able to practice my Thai language skills. The food arrived quickly. They brought me a spice tray. I was left along to enjoy my dinner. The broth a nice balance of spicy, sour, salty and sweet. They had their own meatballs which were tasty, nice texture better than most. The music... yes.. Modern Beaverton... come and check it out.

I'm so glad we found this place! The atmosphere is cool and fresh, good music, and super clean. Our server was attentive and sweet! She always made sure our drinks were full and that we enjoyed the food. We were never in need of anything or looking around for service, but not in an overbearing way. The food! SO good! Crab puffs had a ton of filling and weren't overcooked. Spring rolls had great seasoning on the inside you didnt even need to dip them into sauce. Mango curry with tofu was just the right amount of heat with being too much and definitely not sweet. Pad thai with beef was savory and delicious And the tom yum noodle soup special was AWESOME! Perfect for a cold night. Portions and prices are great. My new thai spot in beaverton for sure!

good yummy food. quick and friendly service! massaman curry was rich and pad thai was delicious. sauce was balanced and the rice noodles were still chewy. I got medium hot but didn't feel like it was spicy at all so I will up it up next time!

A very nice Thai restaurant. The inside is modern and clean with a few tables. Menu is also decently sized with unique and classics dishes. We all loved the Nam Khao Tod. Perfectly seasoned and citrusy with crispy rice and tender sausage. This one is a must. The Duck Curry was also good. The duck was nice and crispy. Although the curry itself was a bit watery and sweet. The Eggplant and Pad See Ew were not bad just too sweet for me. The meats in there were also dry and tough. Overall, not a bad spot at all. Great for group dining so you can try a bunch of things.

This was our first time in trying Rama. The place was packed when we arrived with a couple tables just finishing up. We were greeted and seated with only a few minutes wait. They promptly took our drink and appetizer order. The sweet potato curry puffs were good and the salad rolls with shrimp were super fresh. They were served with warm peanut sauce. The table ordered snow crab fried rice, panang curry and pork belly bao buns. Overall great meal and we will come back again to try different things. The pork belly in the bao bun was not soft or easy to bite and it was $3 for an extra peanut sauce which I felt was a bit steep for the little tiny cup. The Thai iced tea was delicious. They also have a few specialty cocktails.

My default is the Buddha's Delight with chicken and house-made garlic sauce. It's basically a steam/stir fry loaded with a medley of fresh veggies including broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage and a balanced proportion of white meat chicken. It's a very good sized plate of food and enough for me to take home some leftovers. My husband enjoys their yellow curry with tofu, potato, onion and medium-spicy, creamy sauce. White jasmine rice comes with the dishes, brown is $1 extra. We also like the fresh salad rolls with prawns, lots of crunchy greens, herbs and sides of chili sauce and a yummy peanut sauce. The restaurant can feel a bit crowded and noisy during peak times. The service varies from average to good and the food comes out pretty quickly. One thing that really needs mentioning is that the run-down building exterior and weedy, unkempt landscape have been very poorly maintained to the point that I think this could reflect negatively on an, otherwise, very good restaurant. I could see this being a real turn-off to someone unfamiliar with the positive qualities of the place. Hope they consider putting some time and energy into improving this.

The filling was a bit too mush for me but the flavor was okay. I think paying for $9 for 4 egg rolls is a bit pricey as well. The papaya salad was refreshing but was different from what I am accustomed to as I typically eat it with more fermentation and more padek. Though it's different, the flavor overall wasn't too bad. decent spice for a medium. Both the panang curry and pad se ew tasted good overall. The curry had a good thick consistency and good balance of flavor between coconut milk, herbs and curry paste. Just a bit on the sweet end but overall still good. I could probably say the same with the pad se ew as well. Good balance of flavors but just a bit on the sweet side for me personally. No complaints on the service; aunty was nice, checked up on us appropriately, didn't wait long for the food or the check. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and plenty of Thai decor.
