We really enjoyed our lunch here. This 분식집-inspired restaurant captures the essence of casual Korean street food while elevating it with upscale presentation and thoughtful design on the walls. Every dish we ordered was flavorful and satisfying. The restaurant operates in a self-service style, so tipping isn't expected, a trend that seems to be growing in today's competitive restaurant scene, especially in Korea Town. Overall, it's a delightful spot, and I highly recommend visiting.

Note that the logo for this restaurant 하나 is a pizza peel. This is a much needed, fabulous Korean-Italian restaurant addition to the Metro Atlanta food scene. I come here specifically for their specialty, Korean-Italian food. Touch screen ordering fast-casual style restaurant. Great lunch special sets at a good value. Kind service staff if you have questions or need assistance.

Solid, self-service fusion restaurant. When we were in Korea, we saw restaurants like this frequently; I'd say they're a rare find in the USA. Things you should know: I. PARKING HANA is within a plaza and shares a free, public lot with the adjacent businesses. Simple. II. SERVICE Everything is self-serve. There's a utensil and water station. When you order, you walk up to the register, pick what you want and pay then-and-there. They'll give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. Also, I hear their catering is phenomenal! III. QUALITY The food is delicious and you get a lot for the price! IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating during the weekend ~ you'll be able to find a table with no problem.

I would say this restaurant is just average. It is self-service, which is nice because you don't have to pay tip. My friend and I shared the Hawaiian Musebi and the tteobokki. The musebi was okay, but it fell apart very easily and it felt too rich with the cheese, avocado, and spam. The tteobokki tasted a little off - I guess it was kind of fusion style, but I would have liked it to taste more traditional. Maybe I will come by again to try some of their other items because the sizzling plates sounded and smelled good, but for this experience it was very mid.

Great spot for a quick meal! This self service spot is awesome, the food comes out quick and is super fresh!! The menu is packed with a bunch of options we got the fish cake udon, which was huge and full of flavor. The quad tonkatsu set was delicious and everything was super crispy and delicious, my favorite of the four was surprisingly the fish katsu. Super crispy and melts in your mouth! The food was all reasonably priced for the quality and I'll definitely be back to try out more on the menu

Went here for the first time today with the folks. It is located in the same shopping strip as the Subway and China Delight - across the street from The Home Depot on Satellite and Old Peachtree Road. Their set up is pretty unique. You walk in, seat yourself and then use a marker to write down how many orders you would like of the particular things you are ordering, take it to the front and pay. No tip required. They give you a little buzzer thing and you go to get your food at the counter when it is ready. Note: there is a little button on the side of the alerting thing they give you. I didn't know and the lady at the front kept telling me to shut it off So it the front they have little packets of salt, pepper, soy sauce (not the good kind), pepperoncino, ketchup and other condiments I didn't look at. There are also bowls, dishes, scissors, chopsticks, spoons water, etc. which are all self serve. I prefer that over constantly having to ask for an extra bowl or scissors and stuff. It's so much more convenient. If you need to go containers though, see the lady at the counter. When your done, you bus your own tables. Trays go to the front left of the store. Super casual place, so be comfy. So we ordered the spicy seafood noodle with beef brisket, the plain spicy seafood noodle and an order of the regular Kimbab. The spicy seafood noodle with beef brisket had a weird smell and when I brought it to the table I thought it was because the seafood was bad. I realized that the beef brisket had a charcoal (숯불) smell to it. That's what was throwing us off. The beef didn't look like it was cooked on any charcoal but had the smell. So I am wondering if they just lit a piece of charcoal and just used the smoke to permeate the meat? I liked the meat, my dad, did not. For him the smell was too overwhelming. My mom's plain spicy seafood noodle was ok. Nothing to complain about. The spicy seafood noodle soups, both, contained mussels, clams, shrimp, veges and udon noodles. We like udon noodles so for us it was a welcome change feom the norm. The size of the bowls are HUGE. 2 people can easily share 1 order of the spicy seafood noodle. The soup is not spicy. It looks red but is pretty mild. The saltiness was perfect for us. The banchan is a little plate of danmooji (pickled radish) The Kimbap was pretty and came out on a pretty plate. The taste was mediocre at best. The rice in the roll wasn't seasoned at all. Fillings were pretty standard. I probably wouldn't order the regular kimbap again. TBH I think I do a better job at home. The Fish cake soup that came with the kimbap was horrible and had a weird sweet taste. If you need to add some spice to add to the soup, ask them for this minced green pepper sauce. My dad asked for gochujang and when I asked the lady at the counter, she gave me this instead. She told me to use it sparingly. Pic attached. When we were taking our food home she joked with me and asked if we didn't eat all the food because it was too spicy after adding the hot pepper sauce. I assured her that it was good and not spicy. Yes, a little of this stuff goes a long way! But yes, we dumped it in our noodle soups. We like our food spicier than most. My mom was a fan, my dad wasn't and I'm somewhere in between. I would go back to try some different items or take my mom back for her noodle fix. Overall, I would recommend you try it out. The prices seem expensive but the portions are really big.

I love this restaurant. The serve yourself aspect is great. Sometimes I just don't want to deal with servers and the long wait time to get my food. This place is great for that. I just order at the counter and wait for my food. Then I just enjoy it. My favorite is the snow pizza. I can eat half just by myself. Their combo is also really good. The katsu is really crispy. So many more dishes I want to try. I will definitely return to try more.

My family and I came to this restaurant for lunch and it was a good find. There's a parking lot in the front. They have limited service and it's self-serve for the most part: you seat yourself, mark what you want on their menu and order it at the counter, pour your own water/tea, and clean up after yourself at the end. Their menu features a wide range of Korean dishes as well as stuff like pizza and pasta. It seems pricey at first glance but we were all caught off guard with how large the portions were. Every dish comes with its own side dishes as well. I got the Spicy Stir Fried Pork ($19) and it took forever to make a dent in it. It was coated in a ton of sauce and a good distribution between veggies and meat. TLDR: Self-service Korean restaurant with huge portion sizes.

A little gem that we've discovered. I love their variety of food and flavors. So many options to choose from, presentation and portions are generous as well. We are definitely coming back to try other items on the menu.

Had the pleasure of dining at Hana tonight with my family and everyone enjoyed their dishes. My parents come here once in a while and recommended them for their tasty options. Normally I would say having so many items on the menu would mean jack of all trades master of none but this place proved me wrong. Tip for restaurant goers: the dishes here are huge so plan on sharing or taking home leftovers. Nearly all of us had leftovers to take home so while these items here aren't exactly cheap the quantity makes the price well worth it. What we ordered: garlic snowing pizza which consists of special sweet sauce, mozzarella cheese, grana padano cheese, pineapples, shrimp and fried garlic. This is not a personal pan pizza but a large pizza you can share with others. Seafood cream pasta which was full of quality seafood and a delicious cream sauce. Curry Tonkatsu which was delicious and a good size. Japanese Tonkatsu which was also good. L.A. Galbi which was a good size and far too big for my son so we took most of in it home. Dad ordered the spicy chewy noodles which was also delicious. Everything here is self serve but the young gentleman taking orders was very helpful and kind. Water is self serve and they have canned and bottled drinks. Overall, I see they have some opening kinks to work out but they have good food at a good price so that's what really matters. Ambiance is relaxed and hip vibe with music playing in the background. Parking is in a private parking lot and plentiful but I can see it getting a bit busy or full on a weekend or during a rush. Overall I give Hana 4.3 stars rounded up and two thumbs up for being a great place to come to eat with family and friends. Thank you for being here!

Love this restaurant! They serve fusion Korean food. You have the typical Korean offerings such as tonkatsu, bulgogi, etc. along with pizzas, pastas, salads. I have tried a couple dishes there and they were all pretty good. I like how they offer a large variety of dishes so there's something for everybody. I really enjoyed the seafood cream pasta. It reminds me of carbonara, which is one of my favorite pastas! It is self service - so you order and pick up your own food and drop off when you're done. Tip is not required. It's a casual restaurant, this has become a frequent establishment I go to since I live very close by!

Hana is a restaurant with a variety of menu items like pizza, tonkatsu, pasta, Korean foods like Kim bap, tteoboki, and Japanese foods like Japanese style udon. It is mostly self service and requires you to mark down your menu choices and go up to the counter for the staff register your order. Unfortunately, the short interaction with the staff was very lacking. She was very rude when I asked her a question. We got the tteoboki, which turned out to be disappointing. The rice cake wasn't cooked long enough, so the sauce didn't absorb. I also got the Omurice Tonkastu dish. The Omurice was pretty good, but the tonkatsu was terrible. It was super hard to chew the pork lion, and there was too much breading. The Japanese Seafood Udon was actually pretty good. This was a stir fry udon dish with seafood in oil with Mayo and bonito flakes decorated on top.

We had the tonkatsu, snow garlic pizza, and the tuna kimbap. Everything was so good, the snow garlic pizza was definitely something I hadn't had anywhere else before. It is a self-service restaurant so no tip which was a huge plus!! Easy in easy out :)

Donkatsu breading all falling apart. This is really amateur in how to make katsu right.

Disappointing, because I could have just made Buddok ramen at home. The Schewan noodles were not spicy nor tasty. Takoyaki was good, on a bed of potato fries. Would order again. For the Beef Bulgogi Cheese Fries, the bulgogi is good, the fries are not. These fries are from the frozen section at Costco, make no mistake. They are bland, 2/5 star fries. Even if the bulgogi was on top of better fries, the bulgogi is dry and the cheese on it isn't melty or saucy, so the fries and the topping don't mix together well. Just a pile of dry food.

I tried asking one of the employee what the meat options were and was just interrupted by him being persistent in us ordering and did not really answer our questions, mainly because I noticed some of the meat options were pork and I do not consume pork for personal reasons. My partner and I felt overwhelmed and just ordered something we thought would not include pork. After submitting our order another employee came by with the check already without us asking insisting for us to pay before our food even came out. This time, I brought my friend who has never had Korean bbq before for her to try. We went right when it opened so it was quiet. I told the server it was her first time and he was eager to explain everything to her. I don't think she was prepared at all what was about to grace our table He brought out a cart full of side dishes and start to explain what each one is along with the flavor profile. When he got to the scallion salad, she was just not loving it, but he told her to at least try and see what she thinks (don't knock it til you try it!) Then he said they're still getting the charcoal ready so it'll be a few more minutes and my friend's eyes just (like what?) So we start with trying a bite of all the sides. She enjoyed everything except the sliced onion salad. Surprisingly, she loved everything else, including the scallion salad! She's a texture eater, so I was weary of her trying the tofu, but she really enjoyed that too! So... the charcoal comes out, and she's just Then the server brings the grill with the cheesy corn, spicy bean sprout, and he poured in the eggs. Followed by the meats! Since she didn't really know what she likes, I made a few suggestions and the server suggests letting him bring us the most popular items first and we can work our way through the menu. What a great idea!! Started with brisket and ribeye and wow ... meats were fresh, paired with the sides, and the dipping sauces, it's just chef's kiss!! We then had bulgogi and pork belly and those were just bursting with flavor! The cheesy corn was good but burned too fast on the grill, the spicy bean sprouts are amazing, and the steam egg is my favorite . The only downside is that if you don't eat those sides that are cooking on the grill right away they'll turn dry and burned and it won't be as good. The cheesy corn also caused some splattering to our hands when we were cooking the meats. The server apologized for the oil splattering since he heard the squeal immediately soak up the oil from the cheesy corn so the splattering would stop. Overall, my friend gave it 10/10!!!
