I had a leaky outdoor faucet and Manny came out the next day to get it fixed. He had to trim around…read morethe limestone to get to the faucet and replace it. I was very hesitant about the trimming but he had reassured me he has worked on exterior faucets attached to bricks and limestone before. I allowed him to trim some of the limestone and replace the faucet and it all worked out. The faucet got replaced and I can't even tell the limestone got touched. I asked him about the water turn off switch for my house and he said it looked really old. From the appearance, it did look old. He wrote me an estimate and explained everything that needed to get done, so I went with it. He installed a pressure reducing valve in my house and installed a water shut off valve. He ensured my plumbing was up to code. Manny was patient and answered questions kindly. He went over each item on the list with me before I accepted it. It was raining on the day he was working but he worked hard and did a great job! Pricing was fair and the quality of work was a 10/10. I would use them again and recommend Manny.
