Everyone at Gallos is wonderful. David is always more than willing to take the time to explain everything in full detail. Shelly , in the office, is super responsive and keeps you abreast of what is going on. Nelson the plumber is professional, detailed and friendly. I have already recommend them to someone else in our neighborhood who had as equally great experience.

However, from the start, there were issues: he wasn't able to filter all my water lines. My laundry room and guest bathroom were left unfiltered, which was disappointing, but I accepted it. About 2-3 weeks ago, my house flooded. I discovered that George had tied into my water line in a highly unusual and unsafe way, using four SharkBite fittings -- which are intended only for temporary fixes. The leak occurred under my water heater, allowing water to flow into my master bedroom and flood the entire room. As a result, I've spent over $1,000 repairing plumbing and replacing my carpet. On top of that, I spent an entire Saturday night vacuuming water and tearing out the padding under my carpet to minimize damage. I have attempted to contact George multiple times to see how he can help rectify this situation, but he has not returned any of my messages. I want to warn others: George may be personable, but his installation work is unprofessional. If something goes wrong, don't expect him to take responsibility.

I've had a PurAgain system in my home for about two years, and unfortunately my experience has been…read moreextremely frustrating. During the original installation, the plumbing underneath my sink was installed incorrectly, which caused a backflow issue and eventually rotted the wood at the bottom of my cabinet. I was initially assured that someone would be sent out to repair the damage. Later, I was told they couldn't find anyone to do the repair and was asked to find someone myself to provide a quote. The contractors I spoke with told me that because of the extent of the damage, it would likely be cheaper to replace the lower cabinets than to try to repair the rotted area. I relayed that information back to PurAgain, and after that, communication basically stopped. When someone later came out to service my filters, I showed them that the cabinet damage was still there and had never been addressed. On top of that, the under-sink water tank stopped producing water. PurAgain did replace that tank, and the technician told me I should hear from someone within 48 hours regarding the cabinet repair. Once again, nobody contacted me. Now, only about six or seven months later, the replacement tank appears to have failed as well. At this point, I've dealt with damaged cabinetry caused during installation, repeated equipment issues, expensive replacement filters, multiple promises of follow-up, and very little actual resolution. I also previously left a review about my experience, and I recently noticed that it is no longer there. I have no idea why it disappeared, and nobody ever contacted me regarding it, but I wanted to make sure my experience was documented again. I'll be contacting PurAgain again regarding the latest tank failure, but after approximately two years of dealing with these issues, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
