Curtis was the technician that helped me, and he was absolutely phenomenal at identifying and resolving my plumbing issue. Sometimes as a single woman household I can be incredibly leery of contractors taking advantage of me by telling I need repairs that aren't really needed. I felt super comfortable with him and appreciated him explaining everything to me. I would recommend him and Excalibur plumbing 10x over. read more

In July 2020 we moved from Manchaca to Belterra and I had our second Aquasana Whole House (no salt) water system installed. They did a great job at a fair price. This Fall it was time to replace the 6 year tanks with 10 year tanks. Thanks to a wonderful representative, Richard arrived the next day. He did an impressive job including taking old tanks and shipping boxes for disposal. As a disabled Marine combat veteran I was blown away by the courtesy, pricing and service. Our water is wonderful. We can tell the way our skin feels from showering, the feeling of our clothes from washing and other small details. We recommend Excalibur for any plumbing needs. read more

Ray did an excellent job of installing our new water softener. He was so helpful explaining how to operate it.

Curtis replaced an outside faucet and did an excellent job. Before he started the job, he explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. The faucet replacement was a small job for Curtis. However, he has done much more involved work for me in the past and each time it was very professional in every respect. He is the plumber I want for ANY PLUMBING JOB. read more

I really appreciated the work Curtis did for my home! He installed a new toilet, a new Pressure Relief Valve; as well as, a water softener. He was efficient and dependable. Thanks so much Excalibur Plumbing :) read more

The plumber was above and beyond "certified/bonded." He provided a lot of good information to make a reasonable decision as a customer. It avoided "up-sell" or "fear/doubt" type of sales. Now we've had the water heater for 6 years with zero problems! The install was great attention to detail on better copper/brass pipes, fittings & proper sealing. Along with maintenance tips for long-life. read more

thank you Curtis! you provided excellent service. We will use this plumbing company in the future.

Plumber is a horrid, vile unprofessional person. Working on my elderly neighbors home, with a quadriplegic child. Has called her every name in the book! My husband and I walked out because we were so afraid for the lady. He shut her water off and has been sitting in his truck now over 30 minutes - I am sure she is having to pay for that. His screaming is interrupting my work from home time as well. You honestly would think he is being injured or horribly hurt. Threw his straw hat at her. Horrible. We wanted to phone the police he was so scary. read more

Called for estimate on a heat pump water heater and got incorrect information from the person on the phone. The ballpark figures for the job were out of whack - they said $4k just for the unit which is way too high. I don't understand why plumbers steer towards gas when heat pumps are far more efficient. Will be calling another plumber for an estimate on hookup. For reference, even an 80 gallon Rheem heat pump can be sourced for under $2k at the home center. read more

Fast and friendly people. When they say they will be there at the time they give you they are on time. I would recommend Excalibur plumbing.

Dishonest. I was told free estimate but when tech arrived he said it was $150. Also tech didn't know anything about gas fireplace. The owner is very extremely rude and terribly unprofessional. The company is scrupulous. Overall Incompetent. read more

We had originally called to have two faucets replaced in the Primary bath, but soon realized there was something else wrong. We had a dripping pipe in our primary bath due to the builder incorrectly installing a P-trap upside down. We called Excalibur Plumbing (who we use for all our plumbing needs) and Curtis came out the next day. Curtis saw the problem and immediately went to work on solving the leak issue from the 2 dripping P-Traps. The fix involved cutting out some drywall, which Curtis did quickly and with almost no dust! Curtis replaced both P-traps and ensured all the pipes inside the wall were right and tight. There was no mold! He was neat, careful, and cleaned up the work area, all the while explaining each step needed. Then he installed the new faucets for us. Curtis did a great job for us and was so helpful. We would use him and Excalibur Plumbing again for any plumbing job. read more

Leaking underground pipe needed repair. Contacted them and they had a person onsite within 80min. Curtis showed up, looked over the issue and gave me initial quote within 5 mins. The leak was a challenge to get to but he kept me informed every step of the way and unfortunately there was added cost due to the complexity of accessing the leak but he was upfront on this. As cold, wet and muddy it was he had a great attitude. read more

I've used this business in the past and had pretty good luck. They replaced a water heater in my old house and fixed a few minor issues in my new house. My current water heater just decided to go out. It was 15 years old so I guess it was time. I contacted several plumbers, including Excalibur, to quote a new water heater and I got an automated response from Excalibur asking me to contact their local office. I ended up chatting with one of the reps via their website who took down my information and said someone would be in touch. No one ever called. In hindsight, I should have called their office instead of chatting with a rep online but when your juggling work, multiple bidders, and screaming kids, you've got to do what's most convenient. I had to give the business to someone else who managed to show up within a few hours of sending a quote to me. read more

I had a slab leakage. After Jason ran a whole day's manifold diagnosis, he claimed he found out the leaking line. According to him, he isolated the line, the leakage should stop. The pic shows how it looked like a few days later, water was all over my garage. Texted and Called Jason several times, no response. I wrote email to Excalibur, but nobody ever replied. I paid $1000+ for the diagnosis, Excalibur only invoiced $900+. Called them multiple times, I was told by Bryce that Jason would call me back or Bobby (master plumber) would call me. A month has passed, no calls. read more
