Chilly Air Services deserves all the stars. They went above and beyond to get an expedited furnace repair done so my home sale could stay on track. Andrew was awesome -- knowledgeable, courteous, and professional from start to finish. He quickly found the issue, addressed it on the spot, and did it all with fair pricing that felt more than reasonable. Huge THANK YOU to Andrew, Abby, and Robin. Truly exceptional service. read more

Poor communication, but good technical work. Scheduled an appointment for a 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM window with a promised 1-hour courtesy call. No one called, and nobody showed up during the window. Calling the office was frustrating as no one answered--just an automated message saying they "may be on the other line." The technician, Robin, finally arrived late at 6:35 PM. Luckily I was still on-site, as my client is a senior citizen who otherwise would have been forced to reschedule. Once Robin arrived, however, he was fantastic--easy to work with, diligent, and completed the job quickly. While Robin did a great job, the company's dispatching and customer communication need serious improvement. read more

We have used Chilly Air Services a few times with our two systems. They have to be one of the most honest companies we have had to deal with. They identify the problem, given you all options and always looking for a way to save you money on how to handle it and are quick at resolving the issue. No upselling or pressure sales. Truly appreciate the honesty and great work that comes with Chilly Air Services. No need to even think about it, call them when in need of HVAC services. read more

Chilly Air Services got out on the same day and decisively fixed an AC drain line issue that has been plaguing us over the years. The tech worked on our issue efficiently and professionally. Other HVAC companies have come out over the years and sold us an AC drain 'blow-out' service that worked for a while, but Chilly is the first one to take the time to address the underlying root cause. Now that we know more about our AC drain setup and what was causing our drain overflow issues, this problem should be finally be solved for the long haul. The pricing for the visit was very reasonable. Based on the quick and effective service at a fair price, I think we've found our HVAC company for any future problems. read more

Professional, reliable, honest, and affordable. Fixed the coil on my A/C two years ago when it went out in the beginning of the summer. It only took maybe 2 days them to get the part and then come to install it, despite the pandemic caused shortages. I've used them every year since, whenever I have a problem or just for a check-up. read more

Chilly Air replaced our HVAC unit recently. They are easy to work with. Prompt responses via email and phone for scheduling and install. Efficient with their time. I liked that they did an inspection after a couple of days after the install. Good pricing compared to Home Depot and Costco. I would hire them again. read more

Chilly Air Services provided me with some of the best service I have had PERIOD! I contacted Mr. Saunders early yesterday morning (when I mean early, I mean before the chickens were up) because my fairly new air conditioning unit (purchased in 2016) stopped working. While the unit was blowing air out, it wasn't cold and it was leaking water all over my concrete floors, Yikes! Within the period of two hours, Mr. Saunders serviced my unit and fixed the problem. Mr. Saunders was prompt, courteous, educated and detailed in answering my questions and was just an all all around nice guy. I highly recommend his services. read more

Our home is only 2 years old and our A/C decided to take a dump with the 104+ weather this is not a good thing. My husband was able to trouble shoot the problem and turns out we need a capacitor. We texted Robin first thing in the morning and he quickly showed up, with a new capacitor. He even warrantees the parts the part was valuable in this hot weather, but thankfully he was reasonable. He is quick, professional and friendly. I truly recommend Robin with Chilly air. read more

the bestest folks in the entire universe - they came on Saturday and charged me just 100$ to replace the capacitor ( competition typically charges 300$) - so happy and nice of them to come when no one else cares read more

After our power supplier offered a "free" tune up from a big name company. Oddly enough, 5 days after the "tune up", the A/C quit. Robin came to the rescue. He did a temporary fix to keep us cool and gave us a great estimate on a Carrier HVAC system. The install was clean and professional at a more than fair price I highly recommend Chilly Air Services! read more

The owner of this company came into our business to scream and berate her employees for not rushing. Extremely unprofessional people and would not recommend giving them a single penny. The technicians were amazing, I honestly felt bad for the guys. read more

Excellent service. Very professional and honest. They don't sell you anything that you don't absolutely need. I've used them a couple of times and they're awesome. read more

I was referred to Chilly by a neighbor who had positive results. I contacted Robin on a Monday and I did not have an emergency, just requested a AC inspection, check-up and cleaning. He told me he could get to it later that week. On the confirmed day and within the time period, a professional service man arrived. He promptly went up into our 150 degree attic to inspect the unit up there for proper operation. He then went outside, tested the capacitor, tested the charge and thoroughly cleaned the coils. In the end, our unit was running fine but with the heat we've had already, I will now feel a little better to have had it given two thumbs up. The technician was informative, explained what he was doing and worked efficiently. Given the average customer service of many places these days, I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Robin and his team from the first call to the last minute before his technician drove off yesterday. The cost was very affordable and I will be using Chilly Air Services from now on. read more

We replaced our 20 year old AC unit recently and went with Chilly Air Services. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and provided excellent service. We had some minor issues last month with the unit freezing up during the ice days we had, but when I called Robin to let him know about the issues, they were immediately addressed and he came out to personally see that all issues were fixed and we were satisfied with the results. We never felt like we were inconveniencing them and they were punctual. Very customer service oriented. I will continue to use them for our HVAC needs and have already referred them to several friends. Denise Whatley read more

This is the best AC Company I have ever dealt with! I had a problem over a Holiday weekend and Robin had someone out to correct the problem within hours all at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this team to anyone! read more

An honest, fair priced and quick fix when no one else could figure it out. What more could you ask for!

My house was struck by lightening and I thought my thermostat was fried. Adam and Lane came out and quickly informed me my thermostat was ok, it had just programmed itself. Not only were they courteous and professional, they didn't charge me for the service call because "they didn't do anything". This family owned business is the best. They treat you like a neighbor and they have definitely won my future business. read more

Well done, Robin!! We were EXTREMELY pleased with how quick you came out and fixed our AC issue, in the middle of August on one of the hottest days of the year!! The quality of your work and the cost were both perfect for us! You are a miracle worker and we are now cooler in our home than we've ever been!! I had a hard time finding your number (someone should add it to help and to Google, tired in with your business name), so in case anyone read this review needs it: Chilly Air: 512-409-1599 read more

I just recommended Robin again to a coworker and realized I never got around to writing him a review! Robin is awesome and I recommend him to anyone (and he's licensed, make sure your people are licensed)! I found him through NextDoor, he actually doesn't live that far from me. He serviced my 16 year old unit in June. He made a few late evening service calls to my house over the summer (once due to a power surge that I didn't notice, but my neighbors did) and once for my unit having a leak. I appreciate him taking time out of his evening to help me. I eventually replaced my old unit. No one likes to fork over money for a brand new AC unit, but Robin made it painless. I am super happy with my new AC and the smart thermostat I now have. read more

After 3 different companies gave us 3 different diagnosis and price including our warranty company, Robin was kind of our last shot to try. We were out of A/C for almost 2 weeks and it was an absolute nightmare. I texted him early in the morning and he came out the same day. He even checked the warranty of our part. Of course, none of the other companies did. Thanks to him, we could stay cooler before he replaced our part. Finally, the part was replaced. However, two days after, another part malfunctioned and our A/C stopped again. Robin came out the same day and fixed it again. He is kind, honest, and informative. He is reasonably priced also very responsible. I am very thankful and satisfied with his service. There is a reason why so many neighbors recommend him. read more

Just want to make an honest recommendation about a recent service I had done on my home. Had to replace an old 3 ton unit that was over 25 years old. Had several people come out to look at the work and quote the service with less than great results. Most companies are upselling stuff or want to charge you for stuff that would normally do as an extra. Robin Saunders came out to the house removed and installed the unit in one day including a smart thermostat I went to buy at a local electronics store. He made sure the system was running over the weekend and then came back to make sure everything was ok the following Monday. At which time he send me the paperwork for my registered system. I know he has been servicing the surrounding area for about 30 years and I am sure when my other unit goes out he will be the only AC service provide I will be calling. read more

I read the reviews from Nextdoor App on Chilly Air Services and decided to give them a try. Robin came the next day to diagnose the problem with our A/C. He replaced the blower and the capacitor for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be calling him again in the future if we have anymore A/C problems. I would recommend Chilly Air Services. read more

Robin is the best! He does quality work and is a pleasure to work with. You won't find a better value in anywhere.

Robin was great. He found the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. Got us cooled down fast. He is my go to guy.

Robin with Chilly Air Services is definitely my go to for anything related to my HVAC system and yearly maintenance. I reached out to Robin to replace our Furnace/AC due to condensation drainage issues and concerns, not that it had gone out or anything, but it was time to replace. Robin took the time to explain everything to me in detail, provided me several options for my home, and provided very honest recommendations for the most value oriented vs. highest end money could buy. Based on availability, I actually got a higher model furnace, and I wasn't charged extra at all! He also recommended additional items like the Reme Halo Air Purifier / Ionizer and the UV light cleaner to kill mold/viruses/bacteria in the main duct post the coils/heater. I also had every register replaced in the house, and also had a return air duct added which made a HUGE difference to my home office! He was extremely fair on price and quality, unmatched in my opinion. He explained what I should for maintenance on the drain lines, and explained the benefit of multiple kill switches to prevent damage to the house with drainage clogs (main line / coil pain, back up line, and the drain pain). I highly recommend his services to my family, friends and neighbors, and his prices are extremely fair, and he honors his work 100%. In fact, he came out in the late evening when our A/C was initially installed and helped debug a short in the condenser signal wires that kept blowing fuses. He repaired the existing wires from the compressor to the furnace even though it was not his fault, and added protective shielding to ensure no future damage. read more

I got in touch with Robin based on his reviews. And I was not disappointed. He responded quickly and thoroughly checked out the entire system to find out exactly what was wrong. He repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Chilly Air Service to anyone in need of a good honest repair/install of your AC units. read more
