I was so hyped to try this and felt pretty let down if I'm being honest. All of the chicken is halal, which is great for those looking for a halal fried chicken spot. I ordered a 2 pcs (thigh and breast) with a side of French fries. I opted for the curly fries and have no idea why curly fries would be $1.50 more than regular fries. I was asked if I wanted it to be spicy and I said yes. The chicken had zero flavor and was not spicy at all. It was so bland that someone that can't tolerate spice would have been able to eat the spicy very easily. I would only try this place again to try their burgers or sandwiches, and I wouldn't try their fried chicken again. I was so disappointed that it just isn't worth it. It is the Tenderloin so parking can be a little tough and surrounding crowd isn't ideal, but there is seating inside if you'd like. I was really hoping to write a 5-star review, but it just wasn't close and really was a 2-star experience food wise. You should still see for yourself, but given how large the menu is you might have better luck with the burgers or other items.

Chicken spot that is really tasty. The buffalo chicken ranch salad was pretty good. It could use more ranch tho a little one ounce cup isn't going to cut it lol. The mozzarella were pretty good too. The salad should come with more chicken in my opinion.

If you order over the counter the wait is 30 minutes. They just sit on their phone waiting for the chicken. No sense of urgency.

The fried chicken is the bomb here! It is air fried, no grease in the skin or meat! Beautifully done!

Excellent chicken (quite literally fine, well developed and juicy) and the preparation (frying) was an exercise in perfection!

Chicken is very spicy, be warned. Chicken was well cooked, moist, nice coating. Sides are weak, almost not worth having,

The atmosphere really stands out, with a cool 50s theme that makes the whole experience feel unique and memorable. The burger was the highlight of the meal--juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. It's exactly what you'd hope for from a place like this. The fries were decent, but nothing special--good enough, just not as standout as the burger. The cheese sticks were tasty and cooked well, but at around $18, they felt a bit overpriced for what you get. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and kept things moving smoothly. Overall, it's a great place to visit for the experience, solid food, and fun atmosphere. Not perfect across the board, but definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out at least once if you're in San Francisco.

The orange juice, however, was amazing definitely fresh and one of the highlights of the meal. The service was good. The staff was friendly and consistently checking in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, what really turned me off was what I witnessed regarding food handling. I saw staff members come back from bussing tables and go straight to handling bread and putting it into the toaster without washing their hands or putting on gloves. Watching someone go from handling dirty dishes to preparing food without washing their hands was extremely unsanitary and honestly disgusting. That completely changed my impression of the restaurant. The price was also outrageous for what I received. My corned beef hash, orange juice, and a $6.50 tip came out to around $43 for one person. I just don't feel the food and overall experience were worth that price. The good: great freshly squeezed orange juice and attentive service. The bad: questionable food handling practices and very high prices. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

That's actually how you pick up your order ahead since they no longer use the shelf that's there and keep everything behind the counter. Overall, it's not too bad for picking up lunch, though the area isn't great so I wouldn't eat here in person.

I'm a regular at Chipotle, and this time I decided to order something different…read more I ordered a Steak Taco with a soft flour tortilla, fajita veggies, and cheese ($4.35). I also ordered another soft flour tortilla on the side ($0.50 extra) and added black beans, fresh tomato salsa, and roasted chili-corn salsa on the side, bringing the total to $4.85. I opened the extra soft flour tortilla and added the black beans, fresh tomato salsa, and roasted chili-corn salsa, then placed the steak taco with the fajita veggies and cheese on top. It ended up looking and eating more like a mini steak burrito, which was a very good value for the price. Unfortunately, the steak was too fatty, rubbery, and difficult to chew. I was expecting leaner pieces of steak. I also found the fajita veggies to be extremely salty. In fact, I had to drink three cups of water after finishing my meal because of the saltiness. I've eaten at multiple Chipotle locations, and I've noticed the fajita veggies are consistently very salty. I think Chipotle could easily cut the amount of salt in half without affecting the flavor. Next time, I won't order the steak again because of the fatty, tough meat. Overall, for $4.85, turning a taco into what felt like a mini burrito was still a very good value.
