You order and pay at the counter and then they bring your food to your number. There are many booths and tables though the lighting was a bit dim. Overall, a solid vegan place with many options and I'd come back the next time I was in town especially since there aren't many solely vegan places in the area.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the kind of egg rolls in the vermicelli bowl- they're more like fried spring rolls. Huge amount of food in the bowls, but it's mostly noodles and bean sprouts- could have used a better balance. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. Fortunately, I still had my receipt with me and was able to verify the correct amount. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the store acknowledged the possibility of an error. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding. Additionally, on a completely separate side note, while I was there, I noticed a customer had a dog inside the café.
