I'm in Eagle Mountain for the holiday weekend. I found this spot on a yelp search. Walking in it reminded me a my spot in Riverton... yep, #9 is the crispy chicken tacos... I ordered the California burrito... steak, potatoes, pico and cheese. It's super quite on this Sunday afternoon with only the music and friendly banter of the staff. The order was taken quickly and courteously with minimal wait. The burrito was prepared with care and is warm and heavy. This California Burrito hit the spot! Tender and flavorful cuts of carne asada, soft chunks of potatoes, pico and cheese. The red sauce in the to go cup was a perfect hint of spice but not too hot. I don't live in EM but if I did this would be a regular stop.

I've been here twice now for breakfast burritos and I've been happy both times. They make it fresh so weather you are in the drive-thru or inside, it takes about 5 minutes to wait for your food. So if you can't wait that long, go to McDonald's where everything is already prepared and kept in warmers. I like that they have 6 booths inside and some big long tables where you can seat about 12 people at a table, probably more if you moved more chairs around the tables. I split my burrito and share it with someone and it's the perfect amount of food for a morning breakfast where you want something more than just a sugary donut. Go check them out!

Food is ok. Nothing unique or special. Steak is not flavored. Chile verde is just carnitas. Also, they dont have salsa. Just some tiny little sauces. Need much more sauce than they provide. Should offer an option to buy salsa

Five locations and they have not lost a step. The menu is simple and does not need to be anything else. Plenty of omelette options, solid sides, and the star of the show: the Heavenly Hot Cakes. The name is not marketing fluff, it earns every word. Light, airy, and unlike any pancake you will find at a generic breakfast chain. Their secret, sour cream folded into the batter. Whatever they are doing, it works! We ordered a single stack, two Heavenly Hot Cakes, and paired it with a side of strawberries and Nutella, scrambled eggs, and home fried potatoes. The bacon came out crispy to perfection, exactly as requested, no more no less. The strawberries and Nutella alongside the pancakes was an indulgent combination that I have zero regrets about. Portions are generous and the prices are more than fair for what you get. Staff was friendly and the place fills up fast on weekends, so join the waitlist before you leave home. Do not show up and hope for the best. Five stars. A Utah breakfast institution that continues to earn it.

Step inside and you will find a beautifully decorated space with an open kitchen greeting you at the entrance and a staff that is genuinely enthusiastic about the food they are serving. Ocotillo specializes in the cuisine of Sonora, Mexico, a region known for bold meat and seafood dishes. They also offer a daily brunch menu that is worth planning your weekend around. We ordered the tres leches pancakes, a triple stack that delivers exactly what the name promises. Bathed in a three milk mixture and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream, moist but not to sweet. The Sonorense combination was equally impressive. Arrachera steak strips, chilaquiles made with poblano chile, a tamal de elote, and two eggs. The arrachera was excellent and the chilaquiles were crispy, which is exactly how they should be and not something every kitchen gets right. The menu is long enough that choosing something different next time will be a genuine challenge. Omelettes, chilaquiles, brioches, and other specialties give you plenty of reasons to return. We are already looking forward to exploring the lunch and dinner menu. Slightly more expensive than a standard breakfast spot, but the generous portions and the quality of the ingredients justify every dollar. Five stars without hesitation.

There was no wait to be seated, which was a great start, and we were looking forward to a relaxing breakfast together. Unfortunately, the experience steadily declined from there. After being seated, it took several minutes before anyone came to our table. When our server arrived, she offered coffee, which we accepted, but we were never offered water. I noticed that nearly every other table around us received both coffee and water automatically, so that stood out. When our food arrived, my eggs were significantly overcooked and had to be remade. While mistakes happen and I certainly understand that, it added additional wait time to the meal. Throughout breakfast, service felt very inattentive. We had to request extra napkins, ask for coffee and water refills ourselves, and rarely saw our server check on the table. One thing that really surprised us was that she brought our check while we were still eating. I've dined at many restaurants, including First Watch, and it's unusual to receive the bill halfway through the meal rather than after you're finished. After Bill was placed on the table, we didn't see our server again. The final disappointment came after we had finished eating. We stayed for a few minutes talking, and when we were ready to leave with our leftovers, we waited approximately 20 minutes without seeing our server. I finally had to find another waitress just to get a takeout box. Individually, none of these issues would have been a major concern. However, when you combine them all together, it resulted in a disappointing overall experience from beginning to end. I realize our server may have been new, and I truly don't enjoy criticizing someone who is learning. My intent isn't to get anyone in trouble. Rather, I wanted management to understand why what should have been an enjoyable breakfast with my daughter turned into an experience that left us questioning whether we'll return.

The Lehi location is consistently packed, and walking in without a spot means you will be standing around for a while. It is that popular for a reason. One thing nobody warns you about: it is freezing inside, bring a sweater. The Dutch Treat is what you should order. It is a beautifully done pancake served with a strawberry sauce on the side that is genuinely excellent. Rich, fresh flavor that elevates the whole dish. I order it every single time. It also comes as a combo with two eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage. Speaking of bacon, ask for it extra crunchy. They nailed it, perfectly crisp without crossing into burned territory. The scrambled eggs were slightly overcooked, so tell your server exactly how you want yours before they head to the kitchen. They are friendly enough that it is an easy ask. We added toast and two drinks and the total came to around $36 for two people. Not cheap for breakfast, but this is not a fast food situation. It is a real sit down experience with quality ingredients and a staff that actually seems happy to be there. If you are looking for a breakfast spot in the Lehi area, this is it.
