I eventually called EnviroCon out of sheer desperation, making it a last resort before trading in my car. I'm not sure if pest control companies receive too many calls about vehicular infestations, but they took my call with politeness, calm, and - most reassuringly - a plan. We made an appointment for the very next day and they agreed to send someone out to my apartment complex. The entomologist, David, was not only punctual to a tee, but called me while on the road to let me know he was on his way. Once arrived, he assessed my car with a careful eye and then laid down commercial-grade bait, along with spray in all of my car's crevices. All the while, he explained everything and answered my dozens of questions with perfect patience. I was concerned about the spray being harmful if breathed in, especially in such a closed space like a car, but he explained that the products EnviroCon used were restaurant- and resident-safe. It's now been about a month since the appointment, and I've held off from leaving a review until I was absolutely sure that the swarms of crawlies were gone. Sure enough, I haven't seen a thing since my car was treated. I'm SUPER grateful and would absolutely recommend the wonderful folks at Envirocon for any pest needs.

The worst part is that when he came back the second time he pretended that there were three animals caught when there was really none and we had him on camera. I had heard about Ricky Bonds Water Systems from a neighbor and got someone on the line immediately. Not only that, they had someone at the house that same day to diagnose the issue. I was afraid it was the pump, but it turned out to be a small, inexpensive fix. Fast forward to yesterday, the water was not coming on for the sprinkler system. Called them again this morning, they had 2 very nice men here within a few hours and, again, it was a small, inexpensive issue. I am so impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.

I was concerned when Farmers Disposal I was so pleased with the service. They allowed up to 5 trash cans, which was really important to us. Then Country Corridor Disposal bought them out and it went badly from the beginning. Very disorganized transfer, billing issues, missed pickups and impossible to get in touch with. This company was very quick to communicate an additional fee, but I learned from the tag on my trash can today they changed the can allowance to two. That does not work for us so I requested a refund for the remainder of the quarter, which of course they won't honor. It is really hard to find decent, honest trash service in this area it seems. Stay away from this company!​

When they first started picking up our trash, they specifically told me that their employees did NOT pick up the actual trash can - they said everything should be in bags inside the can and the employees would pick the trash out of there. This rule, according to them, is because of potential back injuries. Their employees recently tore the lid of our trash can and I sent a video of it plus a snapshot to Taylor at Country Corridor. They told me it would cost ME $80 to replace it. They didn't take responsibility for their employee causing the damage to my lid. I asked to have a supervisor call me but of course no one ever did. I have also asked to cancel my service 2 months ahead of our pre-paid time and was told they don't issue refunds unless it is due to a move. This is nothing but a scam to be able to keep a customer's money. A move has absolutely nothing to do with giving a customer a refund due to unsatisfactory service. This place is A LOT higher than the other trash disposal companies out there and they are certainly NOT worth the price. I would never do business with them again and would never recommend them either.
