A Lifesaver in a Storm - Literally! I recently moved to…read moreConroe, Texas from Las Vegas (by way of Southern California), and let me just say--Texas bugs are on a whole different level! I walked out of my room and came face-to-face with the biggest bug I've ever seen--what I later learned was a wood roach--just casually hanging out on my ceiling like it paid rent. I absolutely panicked. I was near tears and had no idea what to do. I called Chase Pest Control in a total state of distress, and I cannot thank them enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Despite a full-on storm outside, they were at my home in less than 10 minutes. I truly felt like they saved my life. They were kind, understanding, and didn't make me feel silly for being scared--just handled the situation with care and expertise. If you're new to Texas (or just hate bugs like me), I highly recommend Chase Pest Control. They are fast, reliable, and truly go above and beyond--even in the rain. Thank you so much, Chase Pest Control--you have a customer for life! --Nicole

So these guys are helping me with preventative maintenance on rodent and pest control - sealing…read moregarage (found a mouse there) and roof eaves and weep holes as well as checking for signs of anything along the way. They are professional and kind - a little old school, but in all the best ways! The gentleman, Pete, who comes out to do the HARD work - and it is HARD work - is caring for both humans and pests of all kinds. He is professional and respectful. He works fast and diligently. Best of all, he is super honest and will not stop until the job is done right. They are reasonably priced and they do not try to oversell!!! These guys are good people and they have my business longterm!! In terms of communication, they are a mom & pop shop (local business of people who care), but they are honest! They checked traps I put down and for any signs of rodent life, when they did not find anything - they said that I did not need traps at this time - that the preventative should do it! This is not a fancy franchise operation - they use text better than phone and send invoices by email. They are not perfect - no one is - but they acknowledge when they are wrong and fix it right away. One time, I did not notice an error in my invoice and they texted me to tell me the price was actually lower. They always respond to me and they show up - they always do better work than I anticipated. They quoted over the phone, stuck to the quote, did the work they showed me over the phone. They also showed me where my other exterior spray service has made some exterior staining on my brick and did not try to sell me on anything. Just shared so I could know and talk to the other company to fix it. Highly recommend!

First, Jon came out to assess the Wildlife Exclusion & Repair needs and gave us a very detailed and concise estimate of the work needed. He even pointed out several choices/optional things that we could choose to do if we wanted. Again, straightforward, no pressure. Once we scheduled the service, Greg and Jonah came out a few days later to handle everything, and again, the experience could not have been better. Great guys, hard workers, and they got it done quickly and thoroughly even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day for them. They also clearly explained all the work done and next steps. Finally, Justin came out today to ensure the critters had vacated the property and seal up the remaining exit, as well as clean and decontaminate the attic. Justin was punctual, had a great attitude as well, and got it done super quickly! All the work comes with a 15 month warranty as well. 5 stars all around, no notes. Would definitely recommend!
