Armando had also come previously to help set traps and seal weep holes . Both of these technicians and the other team member , Ian, did an exceptional job helping get rid of the rats! Matthew said "I'm gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I'm gonna do it right now" The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. We were overrun with roaches and in the past nine months since starting their service we are down by 98%. Earwigs, spiders, centipedes, silverfish all but gone from inside our home. We live in a very wooded area and I never thought it would be possible to be rid of all these. The mosquitoes have been a little more challenging, but H-Town is always responsive when I contact them. They keep at it until the job is done. I'd say our mosquito population is down by 85% because you can't control your neighbors yards. Every technician they have working for them are very polite clean-cut guys. One last note... all this improvement in pest control is from treatments done outside. I looked for a company to remove and treat the affected issues. I could see two areas when they came out they found one more. We assume it was raccoons not in the attic nor crawl space. Horrible customer service. You would think for someone that has been with them for several years…read morethat they would get it right by now. I would highly recommend staying away from this company because they tend to just show up on the day of your service on their convenience and never once have they been able to accommodate the timeframe that I was promised I just canceled my contract with them after being with us for several years and have been dealing with this issue every three months. There are much more dependable pest control companies in the Houston area. These people seriously need to get their act together.
