We have been using Pest Frog since we moved to the area more than 15 years ago. No issues with insects in my house. Mr. Beckett comes out a couple times a year to treat. (never a problem) The products used are pet and family friendly organic products. They sweep eaves of the house, spray perimeter and check for any issues since the previous application. I'd highly recommend Pest frog for all of your pest control services. We just purchased a new home and discovered a wasps nest inside. Our move was at a standstill. I called multiple companies who wouldn't even tell me if they could come out the same day without having to create an account with them! Why would I want to create an account with you if you can't even provide the service when I need it!?!? Anyways, Harold was amazing. What really caught my attention was two things first off.. One, how prompt I received a reply to my estimate request. And Two, the fact that the owner Mr. Beckett was the one who reached out to me and provided his cell number to answer any questions I had. He did just that and came out to address the problem the following day. I ended up being held up at work later than expected but Mr. Beckett worked with me and pushed back my appointment time to accommodate me. He was at my home waiting on me to arrive and was nothing less than professional and personable!! He explained everything he was planning to do before he did it and did not try to talk me into purchasing a monthly plan or try to add extra charges (like another company I called out beforehand). Once Mr. Beckett left I felt like I would have been doing him a disservice not to provide him some positive feedback on the app where I found him. Had P.F. come out and get rid of some squirrels in the attic. They did a great job and so easy to work with. The price they quoted is the price they stuck to. This also included a temporary fix of the hole that will not only keep the squirrels out (should they return) but also keep the rain out until I get a carpenter out for final repair. You don't need any other pest control person. Harold is great! My wife has been battling ants coming in the house for a good while. She is always complaining and spraying some sort of expensive stuff around the baseboards and doors. I finally gave in and decided to call a Pest Control company. We just moved into our home a week ago, and it needed exterminating. I always check yelp before I try anything. I sent a message to a few, Harold was quick to respond. His prices are competitive with the other companies. He offered half off the first service which was awesome by the way! He came the next day, on time and very friendly. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He used a non toxic spray in our home which smelt like mint. We are not sure if his treatment is working or not, we have not seen any bugs. This company insists on using door-to-door salespeople. Even in neighborhoods that have large "No Soliciting" signs on every entrance. When called about this the manager promptly told that while many may not like it and there may be signs, by knocking door to door in a neighborhood he will probably get ten sales today, so it doesn't really matter what others think and he hung up. read more
