Armando had also come previously to help set traps and seal weep holes . Both of these technicians and the other team member , Ian, did an exceptional job helping get rid of the rats! Matthew said "I'm gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I'm gonna do it right now" The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now.
