Guido's Pizza is delicious! I especially like the Greek Pizza and Foods and recommend them highly. They offer Pizzas from traditional Margaretta (red, green and white pizza) to Pepperoni. Vegetarian, Guido's Special, Greek Style Combo, Chef's Mistake, Meatlover, Italian Classics like Lasagna, Spaghetti (4 styles), as well as Greek Pizza and Greek Salad. All 12" pizzas are available in Gluten free Cauliflower Crust if desired. Walking into this restaraunt is relaxing. There are choices of seating - booths or tables which are great when you have a wheelchair guest or a baby in a high seat. Groups feel welcome - the staff handle them professionally. Children are welcome. It's close on the way to or from the Anchorage International Airport! read more

food: great! customer service: TERRIBLE! because of this, i'd give it a 0.5/5 stars! "My family and I went to Guido's today 04/7/26 at around 1:00pm. Upon arrival, we were told to wait 20 minutes for a table. However, after waiting for over 20 minutes, we were completely ignored by the staff, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. It was clear that the staff was prioritizing white customers over us, which made us feel extremely unwelcome and disrespected. As Polynesian people, we felt discriminated against. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values fair treatment and respect." - my sister's review. this happened to us today and this is not the first, second, OR third time this has happened! i started going to guido's in 2021 because a friend took me there. i have loved their food since so i brought in family, friends, etc. we would usually come in a big group or as a family. like every big group, we laugh, we are loud, it is a loud place in general. although loud, we are always respectful and tip well! we've rented guido's for my mom's 65th birthday party a year ago and the price they told us up front ($300) was different than what we ended up paying for. we brought our own food in, set up, cleaned everything after top to bottom, and they ended up charging us over $1k over "soft drinks". when we tried to address this with the owner, he did not return any of our calls. when we went in person to really just talk and itemize the bill, his employees would say he's not there, but we would see him walking around in the back. time after time, even with the terrible service, we would return in hopes to give them another chance. time after time, we get ignored or given passive aggressive service! they would whisper things to each other and just passes us by. we do not see this same treatment towards any white customers who are present at the time we are. also, there has been only ONE waitress who has always been kind to us and continues to be: a BLACK WOMAN. shout out to her! it's unfortunate that it has come to this because 1) i loved their food, 2) i do not like to put any businesses on blast EVER. i am understanding and want to see businesses thrive, especially longtime businesses. however, this continues to happen and this needs to be SAID. read more

The men's stalls were broken butt it was a great experience I went here for an arm reselling tenement

The wings we ordered were bomb! But the pizza that I ordered that had the best reviews was mid. I'd go back for the wings!

Great service and excellent food! Shoutout to Hailey our server. She does a great job making sure that everyone is getting great service. Walking in the restaurant, there is a sign that clearly says to seat yourself. Plenty of seats for everyone. We had the Super Sub. It's so good and huge portions. This is our go-to restaurant. read more

Very disappointed. Was looking forward to eating here tonight, have had great food here in the past. It's a seat yourself (no one to even greet you at the door, just a janky sign). There were about 3 or 4 tables occupied (of about 30+). Plus a separate group having pizzas at a meeting in an area towards the back. Only saw one employee. A waitress? She walked by us about a dozen times, looked at us never even said a word. After 25 minutes, we decided to leave because we wanted to eat before our show. Hopefully their takeout food is still good, maybe we'll try that another time. read more

We were staying at the Fairfield Inn, and walked over here for dinner. Not only was the pizza excellent, but we were pleasantly surprised a group of locals gathered there to play Bluegrass music! read more

serving sizes are too small. takes too long for the food to come out. and it's a tiny portion.

We have frequently ordered Guido's for many years, and have never been disappointed. Fresh, excellent food, friendly staff, and timely delivery every time. Our fav combo is a large Greek style Guido's special pizza and big Greek Salad with garlic bread. Best around! read more

Been here a few times and always top notch service. Most of the meals include a trip to the salad bar which is fully stocked and delicious! The lunch special can't be beat. Drinks are always refilled. read more

Food came exactly as ordered, and was hot and ready when I arrived. Wings are crunchy, well seasoned, served as a dry wing. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings. I liked how the garlic and Italian seasoning blended well with Parm cheese sprinkled on top and it was not overly garlicky. I liked it this was. Reminded me of how wings are made in Buffalo, NY. I also order the Guido Special pizza with pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and mushrooms. This is my ideal pizza order and was pleasantly surprised to see it on the menu as a normal pizza. The price was also more affordable than if I added all the toppings onto a 2 topping pizza. This pizza was great- thick hand tossed crust that is crunchy on the bottom but soft and chewy on the inside. The pizza has a good layer of chesse and sauce. The sauce is on the sweeter side but paired well with the toppings. The toppings were ample and covered the whole pizza. A big plus for me! First time coming here but I expect to come back to try some of their other offerings. Saved about $4 bucks not ordering through the app but calling the restaurant directly. If ordering late at night, plan to pick up at the backdoor between the strip malls -it is lit and plenty of parking for a pick up. Look for all the cars parked back there and that is the spot. read more

What a disappointment. When we used to live on this side of town, we loved Guido's. I'll be honest, the food has never been great, but the portions were historically generous, and the quirky atmosphere and friendly service made up for the cafeteria quality food. Fast forward to now. We waited for a ridiculous amount of time for our food, which when it arrived was incorrect and gross. The portions were also noticeably smaller. The half the salad bar was empty, and visitors are only allowed one visit WITH A DESSERT PLATE (not even a bowl.) Insulting. The spaghetti was watery. My husband ordered a meatball sub and instead received a calzone that was hard as a rock on the outside and rubbery inside. INEDIBLE. It was also served with potato chips which is just BIZARRE. I can't even understand what the hell is going on here. read more

I've ordered pizza, lasagna, meatballs and spaghetti several times over the past 20 years or so. Every order has been consistently delicious. My only suggestion is that their Ranch dressing needs work- it tastes mainly like mayonnaise and not much else. read more

I've been going to Guido's since the early 2000's. The memories we have of family gatherings, special occasions, or just a date nite or family dinner are 100% positive. I recently went there with my youngest, and they did not disappoint. Not only do they have consistently delicious food, but service was friendly, warm, and courteous. We, as a family, LOVE going here, and look forward to eating there many more times. read more

It's an Anchorage staple. That being said I don't always think the pizzas are best quality tasting dough, but I do really enjoy the Greek salads. Can't go wrong with the cost or the amount. Great pizza. Waitress was pleasant. In Anchorage for pizza? Check out Guidos. We stayed at the Hyatt House hotel. A short walk from there.

We we're having a work lunch & the crew wanted pizza so like to give support to a variety of places & today we chose Guidos. I ordered the pizza & salads 2 days in advance since it was going to be a large order to be picked up. We'll come Wednesday I decided that it would be so much easier to have Guidos deliver so I called & asked them if they would & they were so accommodating which I appreciated due to the snow & I particularly didn't want to haul 9 pizzas, 2large Greek salads & cheese bread. We received the pizza on time & it was hot & delicious.. this is the way to make grown working men happy. I also want to mention I ordered their cauliflower crust pizza & I thought it was wonderful & so did a couple guys!! Great job read more

We've eaten at Guido's for many years because we love their pizza. Sadly, it's changed. Our pizza lacked flavor and tasted like someone poured a box of salt on it. Hopefully this was a fluke and not how it will be ongoing. It will be a long time before we try it again. Big disappointment. read more

My friend Gloria and I ate dinner at Guido's on February 13. She had baked lasagna and I had the meatball sandwich. Plus we got salad from the salad bar. I'm picky about salad so I was happy that the ingredients were fresh. It's a very good salad bar. Gloria enjoyed her lasagna and I loved the baked meatball sandwich. There was a group of musicians- guitar, mandolin and fiddles - playing folk and bluegrass music in the corner and their music was very nice. read more

I came down here for lunch the other day and came across a pleasant surprise. I'll elaborate more on that in a little bit since I can honestly say that I wish I could've gone here much sooner. The dining area is massive with antiques adorning the surrounding walls by the booths and a raised central seating area big enough for large groups with an all you can eat salad bar on one side. This is a family run establishment with a good amount of weekday regulars during the lunch rush. Guido's pizza has by the far the best lunch deals for pizza by the slice at $2 regardless of whether it is a slice of cheese or a specialty pizza. I opted for a couple of Greek style slices with Canadian bacon, hamburger, mushrooms, and onions with a butter garlic crust. The salad bar can be added for an additional $6.95 for a full plate or a couple of dollars more for all you can eat, very reasonable prices. There are fast food meals nearby with a smaller amount a few dollars more by comparison. The pizza was delicious with emphasis on the crispy butter garlic crust baked with full flavor. Likewise, the toppings and cheese were generous to make for a filling meal. The salad bar was well-stocked with a wide variety of vegetables along with a choice of pasta salad, potato salad, or cottage cheese on the side. The slices on display are kept well-heated by the front counter and you can immediately head straight for the salad bar after taking a table or booth. I mentioned a pleasant surprise at the beginning of this review and it had nothing to do with the lunch specials. To my amazement, there was a tiny antique shop off to the side by the entrance that is operated by the owner's sister on Thursdays and Fridays. There, on top of a small table that seemed to be waiting for me, were two crates of vinyl records! I snatched up a couple of classic albums by the Eagles and The Big Chill movie soundtrack filled with Motown hits from the 60's and 70's. I couldn't think of a more perfect way to end my lunch break as I headed back to work. read more

I was told this pizza was similar to east coast style pizza, so I was let down from the average doughy ness to this pizza, the sauce was okay but seemed slightly sweet. I'm all not bad, just not east coast style. Salads are HUGE, the Greek salad was decent, but had this weird ham in it... the dressing was my favorite part. Chicken wings were great, nice crisp and tang to the sauce! And the blue cheese dipping sauce is perfect chunk to creaminess ratio. My service experience was weird here, I waited at the front where is told me to wait and rang the bell the note said to ring for service... no one came, so I had to find a server and ask for help... kinda bummed. read more

Amazing! I ordered delivery. My order came very quickly. The garlic bread was still hot! The crust on my pizza was perfect and the balance of toppings, cheese, sauce, crust was on point. I was grateful that they're open late, however I based my order on a picture that states it's from the owner. Also thinking the entire country agrees what ingredients makes a Margherita Pizza. Apparently I was wrong, after some research I found that there are other versions, mostly in the frozen pizza section. When I opened the pizza box and saw regular mozzarella with chopped tomatoes and what looked like sprinkled oregano, I instantly thought the wrong order was given to me, but when I showed them, they assured me that it was their version of a Margherita. I showed them the picture, which had red sauce, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil, they apologized. The takeout area is in the rear of the restaurant, basically in the kitchen and it was getting a bit full of customers and I decided to just take my pizza. All this after having to drive over to the nearest ATM, paying an additional four dollar fee, because their payment system was down. Lesson learned!! Looking close at their menu their "MARGARITA HOUSE SPECIFICALLY PIZZA" states: Cooked tomatoes & basil. So if you want a cheese, cubed tomatoes and dried herbs pizza, by all means! But next time I'm craving a Margherita pizza, I'll be going elsewhere. Not a good experience! read more

Been 3 years since I went to Guidos after A nightmare experience trying to get my check. Over 30 minutes. Like I said, I was never closer to walking a check as I was that day.
