Stuck in Anchorage, cold, rain, wind howling. Yep...Time for pizza delivery. I got an X-large Mama Mia. It came hot, very good crust, nice sauce. A bit thin on toppings for $30, but overall a satisfying pizza. I'd order from them again. I asked for, and got ranch dressing, red pepper flakes and parmasean. I usually love this place but I was fooled by their website. I ordered a "hot Philly" because I love pizza sauce on my cheesesteaks, but it does not say that jalapeños are on the sandwich. It's loaded with them and because of medical reasons I can't have jalapeños. So I had to toss my sandwich after one bite. On their website it says it has green peppers and further below where it asks if you want to add extras, jalapeños is an option. So it is not like they are confused on which is which. Here's to hoping they do better with stating what exactly is in their food. read more

I was on my own in north Anchorage and badly in need of some lunch, so I hit this place up. I called ahead, food was just coming out when I got there. I got the hot Philly, and it was quite tasty. I also really like the way it was put together. Many Phillys don't hold together well, and I thought with the pizza sauce on the hot Philly it would probably fall apart, but the bread was cut in a pocket style and it held together nicely until the last bite. I do have to ding them one star for the fries. This is a carry-out pizza and Philly stand, I don't expect much from the fries, but I was eating this about three minutes after I picked it up and the fries were already going cold, which suggests to me that they had been out of the fryer for a while. I'd still go there again, and in fact would like to try the regular Philly and the pizza. Price was good, it was perfectly on time, and other than the fries was just what I expected. read more

We ordered the super Hawaiian the submarine sandwich with potato salad and the chefs salad. Had a friend recommend Napoli's I got to say very very good food so good I had to call them and tell them how happy we all were with their food. Also if you order the chefs salad it's a meal in its own worth the money. read more

I'm not sure what has changed. The last 4-5 times we've ordered from we have been disappointed. I pay extra for the deep dish (thick crust) and the last 3 times we have had regular or thin crust. And tonight was just sloppy. Paid $29 plus a $6 tip for a hot mess of a pizza. read more

I have loved Napoli's food for a few years now. I noticed the past year that their once AMAZING homemade Caesar dressing now seems to be from a jar and very lack luster in flavor. Today we ordered a pizza with mushrooms added and there were only a few on the pizza but the worst part is that they were canned mushrooms! Gross! And the sauce was so thin. I'm not sure if it's under new ownership or what but it was very disappointing. I wonder if they are now putting canned mushrooms on the Philly sandwiches too.?? read more

Freaking delicious. My go-to pizza place for now on. Had my pizza done in 15 minutes. They miss heard me cuz im quiet and got my order a bit wrong, but even then the pizza was delicious, like even better than moose's tooth pizza (no one beats moose's tooth except for this place ig ). I'm pretty picky about anything Italian and I will be returning. The meatball sub had just the right amount of sauce and cheese, with the bread being perfect Italian crusted outside and soft within. The garlic bread was tasty and simple, and a great side for dipping into extra sauce. The spaghetti with meat sauce was good and yay, it proved not just generic sauce dumped from a can, THIS was a huge bonus yay this is delicious moment. I wasn't a fan of the melted cheese on top of the spaghetti but I'll just order without next time; and my dog loved getting that cheese with his dinner. It also didn't make it bad by any means. The prices are extremely reasonable (especially in this current moment of prices rising). I highly recommend this spot! Easy parking as well. read more

I came down here on a whim last night after feeling burned out from cooking dinner at home. I'm glad I did since I had one of the most satisfying takeout meals in recent memory. Napoli's Pizza is a small takeout/delivery establishment located in a small shopping plaza next to a nail salon and the new Pedro's Mexican Restaurant a couple of doors down. There is a dining table with chairs in one corner of the front area but I don't think anyone would really use that to eat in but rather to wait for their pickup orders if they arrive early. Napoli's Pizza is the newest pizza place to be added to the Slice app and these guys were fairly quick after getting an estimated time of 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I actually got a text from them in 20 that it was ready to go and this was during their dinner rush around 6:30. It made for a convenient and easy trip that only took a few seconds to come in, give your name, pick up your order, and head back to the car. For the order, I went with the Grilled Chicken Salad and a side of Mozzarella Bread. The salad was massive with green peppers, onions, romaine lettuce, lots of feta cheese cut into cubes for a Greek twist, and sliced grilled chicken. They were also generous with the blue cheese dressing. Most places usually give you one for takeout but these guys gave me three cups to match the size of the order. Awesome on their part. The Mozzarella Bread was incredible. I could've sworn that they had just taken this out of the oven prior to my arrival because the bread was piping hot and the cheese was pull-apart gooey like a grilled cheese sandwich out of the frying pan. A generous amount of garlic butter and toasted to a crispy texture made this the perfect complement to the salad. The Gyro Pizza from a previous visit was also outstanding. The combination of gyro meat, onions, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce, green peppers, and feta cheese is one that you can't pass up. Finally, the pizza sauce is definitely one of my favorites, NY-style with plenty of garlic added in. This is one of the few if not the only, pizza place that prepares it in this manner. read more

Favorite pizza place in town! The food has had consistent quality every time I've ordered. I don't think I have ever had a pepperoni pizza that taste so good. They put cheese on top of the pepperoni making it super cheesy. Not to mention they have very reasonable prices... $13.00 for a medium and $10.99 for a large (carry out)! I am obsessed with their pizza, and will continue to go to them for my carry out pizza needs. read more

I got to say I absolutely love Napolis pizza. Their cheesesteaks are fire. Their service is fast. Their pizzas are big. Their prices are great. They're literally here at my door within 25 minutes. Granted I live within 2 miles but even on the weekends they're here quick they're always incredibly awesome on the phone and when they deliver, this is the neighborhood pizza spot that you want to go to or deliver from can't say enough about them. Quick place to grab a bite after hitting up the Trampoline Park. Located on a corner of a stripmall. Ordered the BBQ Chicken Philly. Hot and delicious. Recommend. Wife got the Original Philly and kids (3) got a medium cheese. Each had half a sub left to take home and 5 slices of pizza remaining. The seating is limited to one table w 5 chairs. Would recommend some tall tables for outside seating during summer months. Other than that, food was done in 15 min or less. read more

Amazing food every time can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The Service is always kind and polite. And they deliver really fast.

Food is alright, but customer service is severly lacking by one of the owners. I have had wrong food made, made incorrectly, etc. Everybody's human, so no problem - normally. I had ordered from them for decades, never said anything bad, or complained. But after several instances over the last year, this isn't the place to order if you have (what should be) minor problems, or mistakes by the business be made otherwise. I have had the owner not give me the 'special' pickup only price for pizza because I didn't tell him 'correctly' to his satisfaction, or order it worded how he had liked. I had to pay full price. Ok, so he isn't customer orientated and doesn't have good manners. The last 4 times (I ordered sandwiches) in a row the french fries were dried-up and chewy, like leather. Each time was going to be fixed. So today I asked if I could order the sandwiches without fries, he says "yes". I order them, he tallys up the price and says "$25.98" (the FULL price for sandwiches with fries). I then say, "you charge the same price with or without the fries?" He says "yes, they only come with fries" - after telling me I could order sandwiches without them. I then say, "I was trying to be polite by not ordering them because the last 4 times in a row they were DRIED UP and CHEWY". He could care less, then reiterated that "the sandwiches only come with fries, same price". I said "cancel the order then, we don't want to pay for dried-up chewy fries, nevermind". He wasn't sorry, didn't care about repeatedly selling us unedible food. I have noticed this about his demeanor in the past. Just chose to ignore it because the food really was good and everyone else was nice and polite (except for him). His place of business is not a neccessary item, it is a luxury that can be done without. He doesn't seem to understand nobody "needs" to go his restaurant. Perhaps he should leave customer service & answering the phone to somebody else, since he does not possess the necessary skills to interact with the public in a good way. Napoli's mostly makes good food, but it is not worth the trouble with an owner like that, one who refuses to correct when they are the ones at fault or making a mistake. read more

Disgusting, horrible pizza. I just got this delivered and first of all whoever cared for this did a poor job. The sauce tastes from a can, the garlic bread is stale and hard, no flavor at all. Do yourself a favor. I was trying to support a local place but any pizza chain will do better than this place. read more

Stopped by based on other reviews. First off, seems like they do a lot of business selling pizza. I was disappointed with the lack of tables and seating...this establishment is all about delivery or take out. They have but one very small 4 person fold up cheap plastic table with plastic seats. I ordered their Black Olive Philly Cheese which was fairly good although I wish I had tried something more traditional as a first meal. It came with plenty of fries although no drinks outside of carbinated ones. This place is a little scary when it comes to sanitation in the working area...I asked about a bathroom as none are available in the public area. I was offered the use of the staffs which required me to walk through the kitchen area, unheard of! It seemed like a lot of open food containers a plenty in the kitchen..needless to say I was apprehensive but my meal was delicious and no illness this visit.
