And, as always, now a bit longer answer: We have had an ongoing battle with wasps and yellow jackets for many years. They not only chase us off our decks, but they are also a direct danger to my husband due to his allergies. I have tried oh-so many ways to handle them myself to no avail. I have even had companies come out here to give me bids. As the guy is telling me we do not have a problem he is batting them away...yeah...no thank you. The other day my daughter and I were driving home from Town & Country Market (another fan favorite of mine) as we came upon a truck for Snohomish Pest Control. I called immediately (which means once I was in position to do so safely and legally...). The gal that answered the phone was so helpful and scheduled me right then. She even explained why the visit needed to take place when it was not raining since these wretched beasts (my words) were not out and about in such weather. Thank you! Jordan, the owner of Snohomish Pest Control, showed up on time and was amazing! Here are just a few of the reasons I say that: * He was respectful of me and my home. * He didn't freak out over our very large puppy, nor did he do anything to make that encounter worse by trying to engage with her. I say that because Valor is already big and "busy". I don't need someone "ramping her up". Jordan already understood that. * Jordan listened. YAY! * Next, he walked the entire property, again listening to my concerns. * After that, he explained everything he was suggesting he do, clearly and specifically. He also made sure I knew the chemicals they use would not hurt my pets or koi, nor would they kill mason or honey or bumble bees. Excellent! * Their prices are fair! * He then proceeded to actually treat the property right then, not next week, next month, he did it right then! Call them. You will thank me.

They did not respond to me all summer, and when I finally got in touch with them, the head guy blamed ME for not calling the office rather than emailing. I was referred to this company by Issaquah Pest Control when that company stopped servicing Sno Co. Snohomish Pest Control did an adequate job, but then they got a new owner in the spring of 2026 and did not inform the customers. The official company email then stopped working, so I kept trying to email the old email and did not get a response. Then, I completed the "inquiry" form online and got an automated message that they would contact me soon. Nobody ever did. When I FINALLY tracked down the owner, he basically told me it was my fault that I never physically called the office. Well, I'm a busy wife, mother and home manager. I rarely CALL offices during business hours. If I email, text AND submit an online inquiry, I expect a response. We fired Snohomish Pest Control and are back with Issaquah Pest Control. They were out at our place last week and I could not have been happier with their service.

I've used Parker Eco's quarterly service for spider control for years now. When I first moved into…read moremy house I was seeing multiple spiders literally daily; now I see maybe one a month. I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

I've been a customer of Simple Pest Control for nearly two years. When I first started using the…read morecompany, the owner Keith was professional, informative, and respectful. Unfortunately, that changed over time. This spring, I was informed my pricing was increasing because he was restructuring his pricing as he worked to grow his business. On the subsequent visit he informed me he was again changing his pricing structure and increasing prices. As a loyal customer, it felt like existing customers were simply paying more to help finance that growth rather than being valued for their continued business. Towards the end of May, I paid to have my home treated for ants. Initially, I only saw an occasional ant afterward, but within a few weeks, I was finding groups of ants in multiple rooms throughout my home. When I contacted Keith, I expected the issue to be addressed. Instead, I was told that Simple Pest Control does not guarantee its work and that I would need to pay for another treatment. He also stated that his product takes one to two months to become effective and that pest control companies don't offer guarantees for ant treatments because ants are so pervasive during the summer. This directly contradicted what I had been told during previous visits. In the past, Keith assured me that if the treatment didn't resolve the issue within a couple of weeks, he would return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. After I pointed this out, he eventually agreed to perform a one-time "courtesy" re-treatment. The customer service during this "courtesy" visit was even more disappointing. We had agreed on a 2:30-3:00 PM appointment window. At 1:06 PM, I received a text stating he was running early and would arrive in 20 minutes. He never asked whether I was home or available. I happened to be grocery shopping and had to abandon my cart with the store manager and rush home. As he was finishing the treatment, I explained that if he was going to arrive more than an hour early, he should at least confirm that his customer was home before showing up. His response was, "I don't need to ask my clients anything. I'm doing you a courtesy. I'm not going to plan my day around you. I'm not even getting paid for this, and I'm too busy to stop and ask you for permission." I'm not quite sure how he plans to treat the inside of a home if the homeowner is not home... At that point, I asked him to leave my home. After this experience, I contacted several other pest control companies to compare their policies. Every company I spoke with stated they stand behind their work and would re-treat the same pest issue if it returned shortly after service without charging the customer again. They also advised that their treatments begin working immediately rather than taking one to two months. I ultimately chose Pest Fighters because they offer a service guarantee, reasonable pricing, effective treatments, and products that are safe for household pets. My experience left me with the impression that Simple Pest Control is focused more on growing its business and raising prices than on taking care of the customers who helped build it. Between repeated price increases, the lack of any service guarantee, inconsistent explanations about follow-up treatments, and disrespectful customer service, I can no longer recommend this company.

First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up right on time, thoroughly inspected the house, gave me all the details, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. Both project managers, Eric and Greg, were wonderful people. They were attentive, communicative, and did their absolute best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how well they coordinated the work. The crew overall did a fantastic job -- they worked clean, were respectful of our home and space, and showed up on time every single day. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What truly sets Super Attic Solutions apart is their sense of ownership and level of commitment. They didn't just finish the job and walk away -- they followed up not once, but twice to make sure everything was top notch and that I was fully satisfied. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. You can tell this is a company that genuinely stands behind their work and treats every customer like they matter. For an $8,000 investment, that kind of commitment gives you real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Super Attic Solutions and will be using them again in the future.
