Just for all who read the reviews …read more This company will match a lower bid, just get it in writing and send it to this guy. We went back and forth about price, then he told me he would match price if I show him the quote. Maybe he should have spoke up 2 days ago,and said that. He might have got the job. Not now!!! So you see the response, but what he's not telling you is,he had a job in Huntley yesterday, when he reached out telling me he could " fit me in ". That's when, if he wanted the business he should have said, hey I will match your current quote.. But instead he tried to justify his estimate," stating " that's a lot of house you got". He even showed up at my home, unannounced,to "look it over" That in itself bothers me. NO Notification, other than a general comment, " I could stop by and take a look". Then he dropped his quote down when I asked for a revised number. The majority of the house doesn't need power washing, it's only the North side that shows the need, and that isn't that bad. I'm done with this guy !!! He had 1 review , before me, now he has 2. That's not saying to much !!! Choice is yours, but I would look elsewhere, and get at least 3 if not 5 quotes. Bet this guy is the highest . Good Luck !

He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final product and we are waiting for a second quote from him to wash more of the concrete and stones around the side of our home leading to and including washing/sealing and staining our deck. Andrew is very professional, conscientious and detail minded, and as a testament, some of our neighbors have already hired him to wash their driveways as well!

I was significantly overbilled by SERVPRO of Buffalo Grove (and all the other franchises they run)…read more When I disputed the charge, the response became aggressive and escalated quickly, including threats of legal action and additional fees in the thousands. I provided picture evidence supporting my case, as well as their measurements weren't even close to accurate of my house. I pointed this out but it was not meaningfully addressed and their aggression continued despite my legitimate dispute. Feeling pressured and overwhelmed by the escalation, I ultimately paid the amount despite believing the charges were not valid. I'm sharing this so others are aware of how billing disputes may be handled here and won't be put in a position to be bullied.

This business is firefighter owned and operated. I myself am a firefighter. Considerably older than the owner. Too many of my friends, and family have injured themselves on ladders. I would definitely recommend this business to anybody needing their gutters cleaned. It's also a good idea to get the vents cleaned also. Dryer fires occur because of all the excess lint built up. Plus it helps the dryer run more efficiently. Give them a call.

We had a major renovation project on our top floor to convert a loft into an office room. We needed…read moreto add the office room, hardwood floors, and modernize the lighting throughout the house. Robert and his team hammered out this project in a very timely manner. They also did an incredible job. We interviewed 8 different contractors and All Tech's estimate was the most detailed and fairly priced. The pricing was competitive because All Tech can do the vast majority of the work in house. They also have their own equipment, reducing the cost for renting things like scaffolding and etc. Tom, their master carpenter, is an absolute genius. Unsure how he managed to measure everything so precisely, he had our new office room framed in a single day! Everyone on the team worked very diligently and cooperatively. The final invoice was super close to the original bid and only included extra items that we specifically requested to be added during the pendancy of the project. Given how well everything went, all the negative reviews here must have come from unreasonable people. If this review ends up in the "not recommended" category, it's because Yelp is a terrible platform that seems to only promote negative reviews from the biggest crackpots on the site. My review is genuine and well earned by All Tech.

Would not hire again unless there was a critical need. A high bid, equally high pressure to start…read morethe work immediately and, while they solved the problem, the finished work does not look good. I had a leak somewhere around a second story window that let rainwater into the house. Art was the first to respond to a few calls I made to local contractors and we setup an appointment for an estimate the next morning. He shows up with a crew, makes a bid, and then pushes to get started: "This is the day to do it. You've got a leak in your house!" Seems to be the MO: first to respond, high sales pressure. At the end of the day, the job site was well-cleaned and the second story window looked OK at first glance. Several days later, I saw siding flapping above the window. Going up to look, I saw the siding that had been reinstalled after they had sealed the leaking areas had been trimmed too short to stay behind the J-channel. There were also about 5-6 new cracks several places in the vinyl and also several steel nails, now with visible rust, that had been used to hold the vinyl siding latched together. I would have preferred new siding purchased and installed if pieces were cracked during the re-install, but was not given the option. Art was very responsive to a call regarding these issues and came back out the same day with his siding guy. They took a look and we discussed. Art preferred, and I agreed, not to take pieces off and potentially expose new holes that could admit water. I complained the siding was cut and now it doesn't fit well; the siding guy gave a speech claiming he did not cut it. The discussion ended with Art saying "we'll doctor it up". 15 minutes later they had disappeared without a word. They caulked most of the cracks they had created and added more face nails through the vinyl to keep it in place above the window. A couple other off-handed comments that afternoon made me question his ethics and quality standards. Art pointed to some cracked siding in the bottom course due to the lawnmower - and seemed to imply that I shouldn't worry about cracks they had made around the window since I already had some cracked siding down below. He also distanced himself from the quality issue saying he was just the roofing guy - he didn't work on the siding. I would expect the company owner (?) and crew chief to take ownership for the entirety of the project, including the final quality.
