Licensed and local for only $109. Sure, you can go with someone random for less but if they are not licensed and end up getting injured on your property, you'll be responsible. You also want to know who is coming to your home. Patrick called with an hour of inquiring and he was able to come out a few days later. He was able to clean out my gutters and kept the area clean as well. I would definitely use them again. read more

911 Window washing - No more leaky gutters - Pressure Washers Near Me

I'd highly recommend 911 Gutters & Dryer Vent Cleaners. Quote was immediate. I'm guessing he google earths your home to get an idea of the amount of work that needs to be done. This business is firefighter owned and operated. I myself am a firefighter. Considerably older than the owner. Too many of my friends, and family have injured themselves on ladders. I myself don't have the right ladder for the job. 911 came out. They did an amazing job, in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. I would definitely recommend this business to anybody needing their gutters cleaned. It's also a good idea to get the vents cleaned also. Dryer fires occur because of all the excess lint built up. Plus it helps the dryer run more efficiently. Give them a call. read more

Highly recommend. Very affordable. Fast and very friendly. I was a little late to getting my gutters cleaned this year, but after the past few storms, I noticed the flow of water was definitely not great. Called Patrick, he came the next day, in and out super quick. Left the debris behind in a garbage bag which told me that yeah, those suckers needed cleaning. Great service; I will use them over and over again. read more

I've used Patrick/911 for gutter cleaning several times, and always been very happy with the work. They take care around my mesh gutter guards and leave no mess. Patrick is easy to communicate with and always responds quickly. Today he made a special effort to squeeze in my gutters during a busy day because they are filled with maple pods and we're about to have several days of rain --- I really appreciated this. read more

I like dealing with hard working local businesses. Its a nice break from corporate owned enterprises or franchises which can sometimes feel robotic, cold and even distant. I am happy to report that 911 Window Washing did a great job on my property in Arlington Heights. Its a 2 level town home and Patryk came fully equipped and was able to get the 2nd level windows just fine. He is very much a professional at his craft, and he takes great pride in the work he does. I would recommend them for your window cleaning projects. read more

They came out fast cleaned gutters and left. Pretty quick and clean. They also left the garbage bag for me to see what they cleaned which was helpful and made sure they did something. I will use them going forward. read more

Best price, fast service. Came out and did the work like pros. We'll be using them again next year!

Reasonable price and incredibly efficient, kind and effective service! Call to get your gutters cleaned ASAP.

These guys are fantastic! Patrick responds very quickly, quick appointment. Did our gutters and downspouts and even raked up leaves on our driveway and deck to boot! Highly recommended!! read more

Very happy with this company. They were easy to schedule with, came on time, did a great job and went the extra mile, and right before Christmas! I didn't expect them to arrive before holidays but it wasn't an issue with them. The windows looked perfectly clean for my Christmas party. I definitely plan to call Patrick again. GREAT WORK. My neighbor already asked for their number. I'm for sure going to call next year. Thanks guys! read more

Flat-rate quote (given the basic info of the property), good communication (what's included and what's guaranteed), quick service (next business day), and also helps on some very minor repairs for free. Can't complain. read more

I called and talked to Patrick the owner of 911 gutter cleaning on 11/1/19. I set up an appointment for him to come and do gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning on 11/15 to arrive between 8am and 9am. We had some snow and cold weather at that time. I thought the gutter cleaning may have to be rescheduled, but thought the dryer vent would be cleaned on that date. Patrick totally lost my confidence as a reliable company when he was a no show and no call. I called and texted him repeatedly that day and even up to 3 days later. I asked him to at least call me and offer an explanation and apology, but it never happened. Very upset by his unprofessionalism. Highly recommend that no one use his business. read more

The company has very good customer service and are very flexible to accommodate your needs. I needed the windows washed at my office in short notice before going on my vacation, and the owner was very quick to respond. Dealing with this company is a very peasant experience. They will go out of their way to get you the service you deserve. They did a wonderful job on my windows and I will defiantly have them back for regular washing in the future. read more

As per all of the other reviews, Patrick is a very reliable, friendly, professional, courteous business person. Be advised that it is purely gutter cleaning that is done. I had asked that he caulk some leaky seams and he declined. He unfortunately also exaggerated the effects that his cleaning would have, not taking into account the incorrect pitch of the gutters and the leaky seams, saying that "everything will flow to the downspout now", which just wasn't the case. This was not dishonesty, but rather a limited estimation of the conditions, and a positive dispostion. So, if you want your gutters cleaned, he is the guy. If you suspect larger problems, hire a gutter repair service. read more

I had contacted two other gutter cleaning companies and never heard back from them before finding 911 Gutter Cleaning. When I e-mailed, Pat responded to my inquiry immediately and was very professional. Scheduling was easy. There was one tiny issue where he didn't ask if we had gutter guards ahead of time, which alters the price a bit. He did the work while we were out, and left a detailed voicemail about what was done. Everything was cleaned up and the gutters are working SO much better now. We'll definitely use him again in the future. read more

We had Patrick out today to wash our windows. We've been here for 3 years and have never done it. Who knows how long it has been! They were nasty and are now sparkly clean. Patrick was kind to us, sweet to our dog and was meticulous in his work. We are loving our new view read more

Extremely disappointed. Have been searching for a gutter cleaning company for quite some time. Was excited when Pat provided a reasonable quote and was able to come out the following week. When he didn't show, I reached out and he indicated he would be there the next day. He never showed. I received no follow-up or communication on schedule. Now I have to wait about week+ to have my gutters cleaned when we are receiving almost daily rain. If he had no intention of coming out, I would have liked to know so that could get someone else in. read more

Most unprofessional company I have dealt with ever. Pat promised me he would get my gutters cleaned before it snowed only to fail to get it done over a four week period. Failed to even show up twice . Now its snowing and to late. Ridiculous. read more

I just used our local Mount Prospect resident Patryk from 911 gutter cleaning to clean gutters for a client I am a house manager for a week ago since we didnt make it before the freeze last year- and I was SO beyond impressed with him- not only how fast he communicated back with a follow up phone call (and then texting! so made It so much faster to go back and fourth when we couldn't talk on phone), set a date, and kept us up to date about his arrival, work got done perfectly and quickly, and not only that- he followed up to see if we were having any issues with rain and said would come back if we needed- ive hired others to do same job but I think we found our "official guy" well be using year to year from now on! also, he offers a mt prospect $10 discount so don't forget to ask him! going to be using him for vent cleaning too as soon as he gets all his equipment- love working working with and supporting local businesses! He was so nice and you could see he really cares about his customers- we are very happy with the service!! thank you! read more

1st time using 911 gutter cleaning gutter cleaning service, and it won't be our last. Patrick was very honest, and easy to work with. He came on time, and finish the job very quickly and thoroughly. Are downspouts now work perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, and we look forward to working with Patrick again in the future. read more

I had scheduled a gutter cleaning two weeks ago . You did not show up as scheduled. You did not call or contact me in any way. I called you five times and left messages which you did not return. I will never call you again and do not recommend you to anyone read more

THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC! Today I had 911 Window Washing wash all the windows on my two story house (26 windows) as well as clean my gutters, and power wash my back deck. I contacted them through their website at 911windowwashing.com and Patrick the owner gave me a call within the hour. I told him what I needed done and he gave me a very competitive estimate. I always do my shopping around before giving my business to anyone and I decided to go with 911 Window Washing for their professional service and great pricing. All I can is these guys are AMAZING! Patrick was the one who came over, I expressed my concerns that I wanted everything sparkling clean, especially my back deck which had a nasty tar spill on it from when I was doing some roof repairs a few days ago. Patrick was very meticulous on every detail and my deck ended up looking brand new. Gutters were cleaned nicely, and of course the windows looked great. Patrick was very professional and fast, getting the job done in a timely manner. I highly suggest using 911 Window Washing for all your window washing, deck washing, gutter cleaning, and more. I can't say better things about them. Very happy and impressed with their service! read more

Best quality service I've had in a long time!! Absolutely meticulous and reliable. Patrick cleaned about 50 windows inside and out. He cleaned out gutters and inspected his own work! Highly recommend Patrick! read more

Patrick responded quickly when I called. I received a quote later that day that was reasonable. He ran a little late, but when he got to my house he worked non-stop. I have a large, 3-story home with a walkout basement with over 50 windows. He was able to access and clean all of them (screens too). My windows have never looked better! I will definitely use 911 Window Washing again. read more

Patrick came today and cleaned my gutters, windows (inside and out), and screens. The most important thing to me is that he was ON TIME. At the time that he told me he would arrive, I could already hear him cleaning out my gutters. Also, he did a great job on my windows (which hadn't been cleaned for probably over five years--yikes!) He works quickly, efficiently, and is extremely polite. I would def recommend him to anyone and will def use him again. read more

Showed up early and we happened to be home. He got right to work. He got up on the roof and it took him about 15 minutes to do an excellent job on really full gutters. Price was as quoted. Really nice guy. Highly recommended. read more
