NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! I have a $105,000 car that they aboslutey RUINED! They Drove my car…read morewith no oil in it, and locked up the engine. I paid $30,000 to replace the engine. NOW that I have replaced the engine, I have learned that they tried to jump the car to get it to turn back on, and they FRIED all my electronics/computers in my car, and am having to get that replaced now, which is an additional $6,000. This repair shop took NO accountability for their actions. They said they didn't do anything to my car, yet the odometer said otherwise. When they receieved the car, they KNEW the engine had no oil, due to busted pipes, and I had the odometer at a certain mileage when I dropped the car off. When Caliber Collision sent my car to BMW, their estimate had it MORE than a mile MORE than when I dropped it off. WHICH PROVES THE DROVE THE CAR WITH NO OIL, WHICH RUINED MY ENGINE TO THE POINT IT HAD TO BE REPLACED. Now that I had the engine replaced, new spark plugs, and new $2,000 battery put in, I am now needing all computers and electronics replaced. I AM OUT $36,000 (mind you, I've paid cash) ON REPAIRS TO THIS CAR, which only $7,000 were body parts, and the rest were damages Caliber Collision caused. I WANT THEM TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. Please whatever you do, do NOT take your car to this repair center. ESPECIALLY if you own an expensive car. I drive a BMW M4 Competition Convertible. MY CAR IS RUINED AND TOTALED. This is the second time to take my truck in for service for touch up paint. Dusty and or crew will walk you through what they think and give you a couple options. They also price things very reasonable. Today I got a phone call from him saying I believe we buffed the spots out pretty well and the touch up paint isn't needed. He said why don't you come up here and see what I'm talking about, and you can decide if you want it painted or not, but I don't see the need. Once I got there, he showed me, and I couldn't agree more with the work. Most shops will just say in needs it to, so you spend your money, but he pretty much said you don't need to spend the $500 you thought. Talk about integrity!!!
