Everytime I go in here I leave disappointed…read more I went in for an alignment (I bought a lifetime alignment, because it was a good deal and I figured I could take it to the Longview store) So anyway, I take my car in to the Marshall store thinking that's it's been a few years since I've been in, surely they would have ironed out the kinks. Well l, that was wishful thinking... The guy (Joel) tells me I need new tires. I found cheaper tires at another local tire place and I bring it back for the alignment. The car drifts right when I have the steering wheel centered. I'm going to take my car to the Longview store to see if they can fix it.
