Knowing we'd be doing a lot of driving in hot weather and possible rain, we googled our nearest Safelite and ended up in Bossier. (Our son works at the Tyler, TX shop and insisted we shouldn't wait to get it repaired.) The guy and gal working in the office were so kind and friendly! Knowing our predicament, they gave us advice and instructions how to get it done quickly through our insurance (costing nothing) and were able to squeeze us in so we could get back on the road without too much delay in our trip! When he was filling the chip the chip turned into a crack the length of my whole windshield. When I called satellite they said they are not liable and they can give me $50 off of a new windshield which was almost $400. Never will I use them again.
