I would recommend calling before noon, if you don't the owner will tell you, in a shrill 5'5 voice, he is too busy to make an appointment for you and you'll have to call back in the morning. I guess he had enough time to explain why he doesn't have time while he's standing over the computer he uses for scheduling. He doesn't know what he's doing. Don't ask questions, you'll get a lecture. Just don't go here. I won't be back!

After waiting an hour , conveniently for him the power goes out so his smart start system is down so he cant service me and recommends the frisco location. I confront him on these points and about his rudeness before I leave and he proceeds to insult me on my way out, calling me an idiot.. Terrible costumer service and unfortunately cant even get the job done. I would never recommend this location. Huge waste of time.

This is what happened in her own words: First day: we show up wait about 30 minutes (you me and j) they come in and tell us they dont have an adapter for the cd player to plug into to connect it to the 4 runner and that the stereo kit you bought wont work. We wait another 30 -45 minutes, they charge you 106.88 (labor is 63.75, kit is 19.99, and the adapter is 14.99) they say everything should be in tomorrow, we dont hear from them for another several days. Second time in: After you left, me and j wait nearly and hour and a half. They come in, tell me the adapter works but they got the wrong kit (actually the kit you brought in would have worked), the stereo is hooked up with a huge hole where the kit would cover. Again, they tell me the kit will be in next day. Wait several more days and finally get a call (in the mean time I notice the antenna doesnt go all the way down, is acting funny, like its not connected good). Third time in, Wait an hour hour and a half. I tell the Boss Man about the antenna, he says they will look at it... get the kit put in, everything seems to work but antenna is still acting funny... Car wash, Drive into the car wash and pop in cd, so antenna would go down, then have to deal with j in backseat, as I leave I see my antenna didnt go down and got the crap bent out of it.. Tell you about it and you call ram jams and they tell me to come in Fourth time in, They tell me they will look at it, but that it sounded like the motor in the antenna was going out, boss man kept saying its not there fault... wait about 30 minutes to an hour, guy comes out and tells me that that stereo doesnt make the antenna go down, unless its turned off.. boss man keeps saying its not there fault BUT if I PAY to replace the antenna they will do the labor and install for free... tells me he will get back to me and I have yet to hear from him... Fast forward a few days... try to call some one and notice the mic is no longer on my dash, 2 weeks, still NO CALL from ram jam. JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM MY DAUGHTER,, THE RADIO HAS STOPPED WORKING I AM VERY...... VERY........ DISAPPOINTED IN RAM JAM'S SERVICE !!! T. WEBB , Midlothian, Virginia

The print-out said I needed a new oil pressure sending unit and also recommended replacing the intake manifold gasket. It was not a cheap fix. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go. I researched it and discovered that Texas Auto Care had the best reviews by far. I called and spoke with James, the owner and mechanic. He gave me a quote of nearly $500. I dropped my car off and when he called to say the car was ready, he advised me there would be no charge as he felt there had been a glitch in the system when my oil was changed the day before. I would highly recommend Texas Auto Care. It would have been so easy for them to have done the job and I never would have known! I can't tell you how thankful I am that I found James and Jessica.
