When I picked up the car the total was $380, I questioned, and they said it was due to the limo. I told them I mentioned this when I got the original quote. The guy said oh they made a mistake; the problem was that it was the same person I spoke with the entire time. Did they need some extra beer money. I don't think they was honest for them to raise the price. So, buyer BEWARE!!

I took my Classic truck to Moe's (Pro Automotive, ha), he diagnosed my truck and stated it had a…read morefuel pump timing code, which he showed me on the machine. When he finished his diagnosis, he quoted me $400-$500 to reset the pump timing only. That was all that was authorized. When I Finally got notified my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up, and was horrified at what he had done with no notification, authorization, and some things he altered under the hood. Not once did Moe contact me about anything needing to be replaced, had no authority to make said changes, and to top it off, he removed my Factory Black timing cover, and replaced it with a mustard yellow cover, which by the way, was unnecessary to start with. Moe, in my opinion has no clue about diesel repairs! I am now having to take legal action, as Mr. Moe, will not even answer my calls, text, and I've had to send a demand letter to Moe's Pro Automotive, which I don't expect he will respond to. I wouldn't recommend Moe's Pro Automotive to fix a bicycle wheel, much less a vehicle. He greatly devalued my Classic truck, by making unauthorized, no notification modifications to my truck! Then presented me with a $1200 invoice for all that he did to my once stock truck.

There were some things that were offered as upgrades with other builders that are standard with Southwest Homes like granite countertops. They were also very competitive in the cost of the home. From the beginning we liked the way things were handled. Stan Ward the Sales Manager is very personable and easy to work with. He helped us with the fun part -selecting the brick, paint, flooring, cabinet stains and granite, etc. He also completed the upfront paperwork. Frank Williams, the Construction Manager, oversaw construction of our home. He was in contact with us at least weekly, usually more often. We were living on the property at the time it was being built, and would always let us know about the scheduling, and who would be coming. If there was something that didn't seem quite right or if we just had a question, we were always able to reach him. Our concerns were addressed right away. Leila Warman is the Production Coordinator in the office. She is able to keep both these guys going and the office running smoothly. The road to our new home did have a few bumps along the way, but the bottom line is I'm very happy with our home, and with the service we received before, during and after closing. If we ever have another home built, I will definitely contact Southwest Homes.

The kitchen cabinets are stunning everyone says you don't see. Shiners like that unless you're into very expensive homes in the $350 to $500 hundred thousand range. The e-windows will be great cost savers in summer. This will be the 2nd house I've had built from found up. First one was 30 Years ago on east coast. I've done major remodeling one other homes I've owned as well so it's not my first rodeo. Frank and Leila have bern a delight to work with .

That kind of customer service is rare these days. The fence still looks great after all these years, and the fact that Hugh responded so quickly to a small repair says a lot about the integrity of both him and his company.
