I figured that if I'm going to write a review of my experiences I might as well make the best of it lol... Every time I take my vehicle in to Big Brand Tire & Service they exceed with exceptional service. All of the associates are very knowledgeable and professional. Oh, and I must mention how friendly, courteous, and polite they are. Usually when it's early in the morning some people attitude just isn't there. They're groggy, not happy to assist you and they don't have a problem letting you know that. But that is NOT the case at Big Brand Tire & Service in Marshall TX. At Big Brand Tire & Service the team members treat and respect customers like family and not like we're money to their pocket. I've never gone in there and had a bad experience. It's always been a positive and friendly atmosphere as well as a good relationship with customers. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all of your vehicle needs. It's definitely a one stop from a set of new tires to oil change et. And their prices are very reasonable. It's where me and my husband gets our tires and whatever else little things that we need to have done.. I went in this morning because one of my tire was going flat. Through the warranty purchased with my last nice new set of tires they rolled out "figurative" the red carpet as soon as I walked through the door. They address me by Mrs. Boyd and they even fixed my coffee because I wasn't familiar with the coffee machine. In addition I loved the way they interacted as team members with each other. The atmosphere in the way they communicated, they way they, and interchange with each other was genuine; which is great because we; as customs may not say anything but we are definitely watching and noticing the attitude of how the associates treats their colleague. I'm a firm believer that a team is only as good as its leadership. The associates really represents the extension of who their manage/leader or CEO are. Keep up the good work Guys. Do NOT go here. This place took advantage of my elderly mother and cost her thousands of dollars…read morefor a problem they failed to fix--multiple times. Over three years, she brought her car in three separate times for brake issues. Twice they claimed the problem was fixed, yet her brakes kept wearing out in less than a year. Only on the third visit did they finally say the calipers were bad--something that should have been identified from the beginning. They took zero responsibility for the repeated repairs or the unnecessary costs. She has now spent close to $5,000 on what should have been a straightforward repair. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us around $800 for calipers, while multiple other shops quoted under $500. When I refused to overpay and took the car elsewhere, they voided the warranty on the $2,000 of work she had just paid them for. This experience feels incredibly unethical. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop and getting a second opinion before trusting them with your vehicle.

Completely disappointed in the way they handle my vehicle this time and did not explain things to me before they did work on it. If my car needed shocks and struts before you did the alignment and would need one afterwards you should have said so before you did the work. Then when I call you said it was explained to me. No sir it was NOT. It was written on the receipt after it was completed!! You will never get my business again.
