Over three years, she brought her car in three separate times for brake issues. Twice they claimed the problem was fixed, yet her brakes kept wearing out in less than a year. Only on the third visit did they finally say the calipers were bad--something that should have been identified from the beginning. They took zero responsibility for the repeated repairs or the unnecessary costs. She has now spent close to $5,000 on what should have been a straightforward repair. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us around $800 for calipers, while multiple other shops quoted under $500. When I refused to overpay and took the car elsewhere, they voided the warranty on the $2,000 of work she had just paid them for. This experience feels incredibly unethical. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop and getting a second opinion before trusting them with your vehicle.

She kept driving, another mile or so, but still felt something wasn't right. She pulled over again and checked, but didn't see anything wrong. She says she looked across the street and saw Mavis tire. She pulled in and in a few minutes they found a pair of needle nosed pliers piercing the tread on one of her tires. The pic below explains it all. My wife was so grateful and so am I that these guys were so knowledgeable. They got her a new tire the same size and sent her safely on her way. She said these guys were so friendly and respectful. Thanks Guys! God Bless

D & D Auto Shop - Didn't fix the problem, only covered the dash light with black silicone!

Only go here if you need simple things done. I hate to leave a bad review anywhere, but boy does…read morethis place deserve it! I'm sure you will agree after you read it all. This is a friend of my dads so I thought he would be good to us and my dad. Nope. First i took my suv here for a light that wouldn't go off, he fixed it he said. My husband was wondering how they fixed it, so he took the part off the dash, and as you can see he just put black silicone over the light so that you couldn't see it shine through!!! Also while it was in his shop he left the doors unlocked and people stole a bunch of stuff out of my car! Well during the time he had that car in the shop, my husband had already took his truck there to get multiple things done to it. Well he had his truck for OVER 7 months! He would say oh I promise 2 more weeks, he would tell us all the things he did to it and what was left. Of course we would believe him over and over and over (he talks so nice). Well he was lying. My husband finally went to check and the things he said were done were not. This happened so many times that we finally had to just tow the truck to another shop! That place had it done so fast. Well my dad had 2 work trucks that needed 2 engines, he said he was taking it to DnD (his friend) I asked him not to take it there, but he insisted that he would not do that to him... well guess what? He did him even worse. One truck has been there about 1 year and 5 months, the other around 8 months. I took pictures of him having them outside after I had seen the trucks inside for awhile. He said he had the engine in the gray one ( the one there for 8 months) guess what? No engine in it. Just sitting outside. So he finally said he's working on it now because he didn't want a bad review. He said it would be done in 2 weeks and the other truck that he's done nothing on for well over a year would be done 2 weeks after that. He has given every excuse about it. Saying he took the engine out 3 times, flywheel didn't fit, anything you can think of. It's been I've giving him 2 months instead of 2 weeks like he's asked, and STILL getting the excuses over and over. He says them so nicely that I want to believe it, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. These are 2 work truck down for this long. It's ridiculous. My dad still wants him to do the work, because they are "friends" and doesn't want problems. Im trying to get him to take the trucks somewhere else. Im leaving a ton of details and lies he's told us out too, because this would be way too long. I have pictures

Jesus tried his best to find the part we needed but with no luck( old '96 Infinity, alternator not exactly something kept "on the shelf") . He even made a trip to the local salvage yard in an effort to help us out. When that failed he drove us to a local hotel, and then picked us up there on Monday when our car was ready. Service above and beyond, small town Texas at it's best!
