He had the vehicle ready when I arrived and even followed up the next day, which says a lot about his professionalism and customer care. Channon Stewart, the manager, was knowledgeable, efficient, and helped secure a great interest rate. He clearly runs a solid team and keeps the process moving the right way. Braylon Williams in finance also did an excellent job and made everything smooth and easy to understand. He is definitely someone to watch. I drove three hours to purchase this vehicle, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and made the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend Peltier Kia in Longview.

There is not a rating low enough to indicate how poorly we've been treated by this dealership. My…read morehusband bought a a used truck for our company here mid summer. Test drive was fine and luckily we bought a warranty. The day after we got it home it began having issues. We took it back and they decided the transmission needed to be replaced. It took a month and we had to call for updates or we heard nothing. We got a different story every time we called. Got it home last week and now the engine light is on. Took it back. Once again, something is bad and needs to be replaced. They offered us $9000 less than what we gave them for it to buy it despite the fact we've barely been able to put any miles or use on the truck since it has sat on their lot while we made the payment. In fact the only miles and use has been driving it back and forth to this dealership. Not a one of them seems to care that they sold a vehicle that had multiple issues - apparently they do not inspect the used vehicles they have sitting on their lot before it is sold to you. I have used other Peltier dealerships in Tyler and been well pleased - this particular lot is, I hope, an anomaly with their poor salesmanship and bad customer service.
