Jawbone OHV near Lancaster

Found a used Truck at Marshall and Flew in from San Diego. Ended up buying the truck and driving back to San Diego. Dealt with Mike and Emily, but met a few others in the process. Great People to Deal with. If you've bought vehicles a few times, you'll know what I mean. Outstanding customer relations top to bottom. Transaction was taken care of very quickly with tremendous support from the dealership in allowing full inspection and transparency through the whole process. Master Mechanics were also available, discussing the vehicle while she was on the rack for full inspection. The vehicle has had zero issues driving from Texas to the West Coast, then back to AZ for a river trip, followed by another trip to a OHV park. Marshall Ford, provides solid vehicles at great value. Coming from the West Coast, this dealership was under more scrutiny just from my effort to get there. I've flown to dealerships in Seattle, Portland and Dallas, looking for a truck, with no luck, some garbage out there, Marshall Ford, tip my hat to you. I didn't buy a Street queen 4x4 Truck, I bought a Tough Texas truck that's the real deal from Marshall Ford.

Our Cadillac DTS purchased in 2011. Got a great deal!

I ordered a new key fob for my Toyota Venza. Suzette Lerma who originally one who helped my…read moredaughter and I. We asked about ordering one off Amazon but she sounded like they have had problems with that before bc then you have to pay the dealership to program it. So I asked how much a key fob would be if I bought it from you today and she said $350. I thought well for the convenience of getting it right now I'd pay the $350. Then she tells me I have to wait until tomorrow to see if they have it in stock if not it could be a few more days. So I paid and left. After 9 days I called bc I hadn't heard anything and James looked it up and said well I'll have to call you back in a few mins so I can see if that came in or not. I said ok. So then I ended up talking mostly to A J and he said yes the part was in but I would need to schedule an hour appointment and pay an additional $160 programming charge. I was totally shocked as an additional fee was NEVER mentioned unless I wanted the slip in key for $60 but I didn't. I told A J that she didn't tell me there would be an additional fee. He said well I always tell my customers about this charge and I said well you weren't the one that helped us. I said if I would have known I would have gone a different route so I'll have to call you back. It was a waste of time calling A J back bc he was very sarcastic and patronizing to me. He said he asked Suzette about the charge and she said she told us and miraculous A J now remembers hearing her tell me that too. I said most of the time you weren't even near us. Well he say I heard it. I said then you are lying. He said so you are saying both of us are lying I said yes you are. My daughter and I bother were talking with her. I said I'll just come and get my money back and he said that's fine but you will be charged a 20% restock charge. I went right up there and prayed for God to help me not argue with A J. It would have to be an absolute emergency for me to use this service department. Honestly they acted like they didn't even want me as a customer.

They told me I needed to make an appointment to bring it back and then leave it for 3/4 days before they look at it and tell me what they are going to do to fix it. And than leave it again for them to fix it. I said you know the problem can I nake an appointment bring it here have it fixed and go. They said no you have to leave it 3/4 days before we can look at it. I don't get it. Anyone can sell a car/ truck. But it take a good service department to keep you coming back. And this is not one

Please beware! I do not want another woman to experience what I did at Patterson Dodge in Marshall…read moreTX. I bought a new 2022 Jeep Wagoneer on 8/31/22. It had less than 200 miles on it. I asked my sales rep if Wagoneer had any known issues because it was a newly designed vehicle. He said no issues at all. They did not have a Wagoneer on their lot and had to get one from another dealership. The sales rep said that I HAD to complete the deal before they would pick it up, so me being trusting I signed all paperwork before driving the new vehicle. I immediately noticed that I could not connect to wireless Apple Carplay with my Iphone 14, even with the Apple Charge cable Apple Carplay would not always work. I also noticed that the Stop Start system to save fuel would not work properly. It only works when A/C is off, The navigation system also does not work as it should. It tell me to make turns where there is no street near, streets are not named correctly, speed limit does not read signs correctly. I took it back to Patterson Dodge to have it looked at. I was told after 2 days that my Wagoneer was ready for pick up. When I asked if everything was repaired I was quickly told that the service department would explain when I got there. I went to the service dept to pick up my vehicle and was told that there was nothing wrong. None of my issues were addressed. I was told that Stop/ Start worked as it should with AC off, Apple car play worked fine with their phone, navigation was fine etc. i asked to speak with a manager. The Service manager came out. He said he personally checked things out, after I told him that I purchased other vehicles and stop/start always worked with AC and never had a problem he started talking down to me, started intimidating me and making me feel like I was the issue not the vehicle. He was talking to me so bad that I had to ask him to stop talking to me that way. I felt so intimidated and belittled that I just gave up and left. I truly feel like if I were a man or had my husband with me I would have been treated differently. None of my issues have been fixed. I called Wagoneer after many phone calls and countless wasted hours I was told that there will be a system update in the future. Because this is not mechanical it does not fall under the lemon law. It plainly states on my window sticker, Wireless Apple Car Play and Stop/Start. I did not get what I paid for and No One is willing to make it right. The owner of the dealership could not even be bothered to return my phone call. I received an email stating that " we do not do business that way". No apology, nothing. Patterson Dodge, Jeep nor Wagoneer care about you as a customer.
