I took my 2019 escape to have the three dashboard warning lights repaired. They kept my car for two…read morenights and presented me with an estimate of $1800 which included two tires that I did not need. They never told me the diagnostic would cost me $200 but I opted for another mechanic to fix the warning lights for half the price. My advice is to find out what the cost of the diagnostic is before you leave your car for three days. I was denied by Doug a refund of half of the diagnostic and that may be standard for them, but it is a bad policy for me not to know upfront what the diagnostic was going to cost.

The dastardly deed had to do with the bent wheel on the vehicle that wasn't recognized nor disclosed at the time of sale and when contacted, the only response I recieved was "we hope you enjoy your car" got the text saved. Normally that wouldn't bother me but the fact that they put new tires on this car and didnt disclose. Got the lust of work performed at trade in. They knew, it didnt balance out. $500 later with a new wheel, it drives like a dream.

And the customer service you receive after you do but from them is non-existent. They will make a thousand promises about how they take care of their customers needs and concerns but once the sell is complete good luck on even getting them to return a phone call. Cloth seats standard factory radio 4 cylinder ..Story number two service Dept Longview Nissan free oil changes for life ! Salesman who promised that Clay Walker ! Found out it was based on a certain mileage and provisions tried to charge my fiancé every time she took it in for some reason or another till I had to intervene ! Story number three this one takes the cake !!! Friday night 8-23-19 6:15pm had a appointment at Patterson truck stop with Bobby Manning got there and of course he was too busy so we went through two other salesman the final salesman was cool as hell great service but he was at the mercy of some never mind I won't call names on here salesman took out trade in info all Of our info submitted it to the guy in the finance booth he refused to push any of Our paperwork through when we started asking questions of what's going on he made a snap decision based on the trade in value of my truck and declared he couldn't help us ! When I asked his name they got all secretive and the finance manger tried to intimidate me by talking over me ! When I asked his name he kept talking over me repeatedly his name was Jordan Kyle the main reason I believe this happened is it was close to 7 pm he had two deals In Progress and didn't wanna push ours through because he was in a hurry to get home ! We will never ever ever use or recommend anyone to Patterson anything ! Buyers beware they will scam you and won't even blink twice about it ! And stay away from Patterson truck stop especially !
