His willingness to think outside the box and put in the extra effort is what earned my business. He had the vehicle ready when I arrived and even followed up the next day, which says a lot about his professionalism and customer care. Channon Stewart, the manager, was knowledgeable, efficient, and helped secure a great interest rate. He clearly runs a solid team and keeps the process moving the right way. Braylon Williams in finance also did an excellent job and made everything smooth and easy to understand. He is definitely someone to watch. I drove three hours to purchase this vehicle, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and made the trip worthwhile. I highly recommend Peltier Kia in Longview.

Please believe me when I say this dealership is full of the absolute worst, uncaring,…read moreunprofessional, and absolute scandalous humans I have ever encountered....and that is putting it mildly. My 85-1/2 year old father was scammed out of his life savings. He is a Korean Conflict Air Force Veteran on a VERY small fixed income. This dealership completely took advantage of an elderly man who is now left with NO SAVINGS. While $17,000 may not sound like much to some, this was my father's nest egg. Although he lives in a senior citizen's apartment complex in Hughes Springs, the dealership sent a driver to pick him up to look at a car. When I discovered he was looking at a car, I contacted the salesman, Braylen, and explained his limited funds, his physical and mental condition, and was promised he would not do anything without contacting me. Braylen stated he would bring my father home after looking at the car. Instead, he sold him a $38,000 car, taking his $17,000 down payment with a loan for 84 months at $385.00 per month. I cannot believe he even qualified for a loan....and for 84 months????? When Dad explained he only had $16,000 for the down payment, they convinced him to add another $1000 by using his credit card. As if his entire savings wasn't enough money!!!! Since I never heard from the salesman, I thought my father was returned home. Instead, they sent my father home (45 miles away) in the dark by himself. I told Braylen that my father hadn't driven in 2-1/2 years as he has tremors and uses a walker/cane, yet he was allowed to take the car and leave. My dad immediately had buyer's remorse the next day and returned the car. The dealership refused to take the car nor would they return his money. He went again on Monday and was told the same thing. Once I got involved, they finally accepted the car and returned $ 5,000 which was explained as the cost of the extended warranty he was sold! I honestly thought you had 3 days to return a car, but apparently not in TEXAS. I can't believe anyone would take advantage of an elderly man who walks with a cane, has tremors, and clearly has decreased mental capacity. Although I have Power of Attorney, I could not negate the transaction. I have called many agencies but to no avail. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS!!! I WOULD HATE FOR ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE THE POOR TREATMENT WE RECEIVED!!! PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.....I WILL GLADLY GIVE MORE DETAILS IF NEEDED! I am a retired educator, a school board trustee, and my father and I are both active members of 1st Baptist Church of Hughes Springs. We are good people and are heartbroken that people from this dealership took advantage of our trusting nature.

The steering wheel would suddenly jerk heavily to the right or left and then the steering wheel would be cantered to the right or left. The car remained straight. After several trips to get the car looked at and an oil change (they never changed the oil) Patterson told us my daughter had wrecked the car and they would not honor the factory warranty or the extended warranty and wanted $4000 to repair the car. We looked up a car fax on the car and found it was owned by a dealership in DFW and sent to Patterson. We took the car to Mathews Nissan in Paris TX. They found a steering component had been changed and that the front collision sensor did not work and that a steering wheel sensor was bad. I am convinced Patterson knew the car was damaged and sold it to my daughter. The people at Mathews where going to fix the car under warranty and change the oil. I told them I was going to sell the car when it was repaired. They helped me find a new car and took the Kicks as trade as per Bluebook value. Great experience there. I lost a few thousand but peace of mind that my daughter will not be killed in an accident because of a Lemon sold to her by Patterson... Priceless.

I was denied by Doug a refund of half of the diagnostic and that may be standard for them, but it is a bad policy for me not to know upfront what the diagnostic was going to cost.

Marco was our first point of contact. My plan was to tell him, no, I don't need any help, just leave us alone and let us look. But, Marco was so kind and we automatically felt at ease asking him about half a dozen used cars. Then, we mentioned the VW promotion and told him we were interested in the details of leasing a VW and he introduced us to Angie. Angie was awesome, a more professional salesperson I have yet to meet. We discussed several options and she was pretty honest with us about what we could do with leases and our credit and the prices of the Jetta vs Passat. After several visits to the dealership, many calls to and from Angie, a couple of test drives, and my husband trying to back out several times, we are now leasing a VW Jetta in moondust (I think that's the color) and are extremely happy!!! Angie helped us stay within our budget and helped us get a good price for our trade-in. We have already given her name out to two friends interested in our same successful experience! Also, every person with whom we came into contact at the dealership was extremely professional. My parents were good friends with the Russell's who owned the dealership prior and we always felt like we were given a good deal, plus excellent customer service. I told Angie & Marco this, but when my father bought a Mazda protege from Rusty Russell in 1992, Rusty taught me how to drive it (5-speed) in the Movies 9 parking lot! So, we were so glad to see the dealership rebuilt and bought again after his death. More importantly, we are thrilled to see that the same spirit of fairness and quality customer service survived the transition. We will be back!
